So i reasoned since what they require for wouldn't fill them up,I went to the market and got some items,cooked them this meal and they were wowed.

So I dashed to the market and spent a meagre sum of 2800 naira preparing this meal.

You said 2,800. Meanwhile fish from Nigeria is 2000. Plantain 500, Tomatoes around 300. What of the rice, ingredients for the stew? 4 eggs Nkor? Oh you didn’t add because you had it at home so my dear, you didn’t spend 2,800 to make that meal.

Just a question, why do people put boiled egg in stew? Especially if there is protein (fish or meat) there already, it just seems odd to me.

But I'll leave that hollandia. I've stopped taking these drinks and opted for water. Many companies are cutting cost to stay afloat in this economy. I'm afraid that they have cut the useful ingredients in their drinks leaving only water, colouring, sugar and other unsafe ingredients.

I mostly drink just water these days. A personal preference though.

Water is safe for me here too
