The truth is binance provided a platform for people to exchange USD/NGN (digital BDC) and it was very efficient because of the kyc and verification setup. Binance was a problem in the sense that it was acting as a market maker and somehow setting the price of USD/NGN for the general market.

When govt first moved against them, they put a cap on sell limit to correct this. Binance is never the reason why naira is depreciating.

GEJ did 2.3m bpd in oil production, today it's around 1.3m bpd. Where's the 1m bpd difference that could help us with forex?

GEJ did 4.5b USD per annum in foreign direct investment, today it's less than 300m per annum USD. Where's the 4.0 bn USD that could help us to stabilize naira?

Instead of focusing on the issues, they are busy chasing shadows. They have now reverted back to the failed policy of using reserves to defend naira. Kwakwakwa grin

Cardoso is busy chasing FDA, in an unstable economy (on all ramifications), increasing interest rates to encourage investors, in the process killing local investors, which would lead to another bout of hyper inflation and worsen the unemployment situation......

Chasing $, which might never come and further killing the ₦........😜

All this posturing.....Nah initial gra gra.....😁

I think say na only me. That's stupid victim mentality narrative is one of the dumbest arguments I've ever heard. Blaming slavery and colonisation of centuries ago for Africa's woes means we're still far from taking our destiny into our hands.

Cardosso a.k.a Cardi B is trying sha (even though he's behaving like person wey dey take sth wey dey strong like cocaine). Yes, increasing interest rate is a big mistake because majority of the excess liquidity they want to mop up is outside the banking system and Cardi B is still increasing money supply (printing) from his end. You see why I said he's taking sth very strong? grin

The problem is just 15% monetary and 85% fiscal which is supposed to be pushed by Wale E but that one has disappeared like his predecessor Ahmed Zainab.

The problem with Nigeria is corruption with impunity. Every senior ranking public official knows you can steal billions and get away with it. Worst case scenario is you lose your job or you are told to return some percentage.

Accountant General diverted 109bn Naira and efcc later claimed they recovered 30bn Naira. So my guy is still in 79bn Naira profit and today he's a free man enjoying his loots quietly.

How about the recent REB director wey corner 12bn Naira and was later sacked? Nothing will happen to him I can assure you. Betta Edu and her predecessor Hajia and co.

The looting that have left that country since 1970 is estimated to be around 600bn USD, enough to fix our infrastructure deficit (power, refinery, road, ports, hospitals, schools, railway and so on) and make us productive

The main reason Nigeria cannot have a main carrier, is due to the historical debt, hanging on Nigeria Airways neck + all the unpaid hotel accommodation debts + landing charges debt, logistical debt, broken trust issues etc etc ........

Most countries, would simply impound the jets........😁

Search for Nuffield health, to make all your consultations and enquiries....... Unfortunately, the operation would still be undertaking at an NHS hospital (but privately funded)........

Take out private health insurance and they’ll sort you out. While filling out the forms be honest about all your medical history.

Hello house. My partner and I applied for a work visa. We both applied together, just one day interval, and I applied as her dependent the ffl day. But few weeks after, she got a mail saying her application for work visa has been void and varied to a new application for dependent visa made the ffl day, which is my own application. Below is the mail. Any one seen similar experience? Any advice are welcomed. Thanks.

Naija, everyone is just looting, no one is sensible enough to care about the future or even plan for it

Lord Lugard's excerpt about Nigeria and Africans still holds true several years after

I have taken some parts loosely below -

His thoughts are concentrated on the events and feelings of the moment, and he suffers little from the apprehension for the future or grief for the past. His mind is far nearer to the animal world than that of the European or Asiatic, and exhibits something of the animals' placidity and want of desire to rise beyond the state he has reached.
Perhaps, the two traits which have impressed me as those most characteristic of the African native are his lack of apprehension and his lack of ability to visualize the future

From my own experience, this may not work.
Insurance covers issues (ailments) which are New, not pre-existing ailments.

Did you log out after the main application? Because it looks like it was an "overwrite" on the MA.

Did you use the same device for both applications (maybe automatically synced)?
