Tasted it for the first time when I visited Owerri several years ago.

Well prepared Oha soup fit make person forget road to him papa house.

Igbo egusi always looks and tastes boring. Na Yoruba lead for this Egusi thing. The mere sight sef go dey attract you with orishirishi meat inside . Infact Yorubas try for this one.

Egusi are best prepared in Edo Delta, Yoruba use too much oil while Igbo make it without large fried cakes. Edo will fry it into large cake shape that one can pick with your poundyam or garri.

While in ibom it look like watery granules which cannot be picked with garri or akpu.

yes Edo know how to cook it very well..... the worst tribe to cook egusi soup is hausa and idoma. especially idoma. very bad.
