If the Hamas fighters were in the hospital ( which they were) then isreal have every right to attack the hospital. They're protected by the Geneva convention which States that any civilian infrastructure that allows itself to be used as a military base or operation center or harbor any armed combatants will lose its status as a civilian infrastructure and therefore can be attacked!
Most of you people don't even know that it's Hamas that's committing war crime by using these buildings as bases, using Red cross vehicles to move terrorists and ship in weapons, wearing civilian clothing and using human shields. These are all considered war crimes and they have all been committed by Hamas. So when next you want to accuse someone of war crimes first educate yourself on what constitutes a war crime according to the Geneva convention.
