It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

Nicholas Ukachukwu is pained that because he is an Igbo man, he was not allowed to get away with an illegality of buying land in Abuja without going through True process while the Fulanis and Yorubas were allowed to get away with the same thing.

Well, crying victim mentality for being an Igbo slave will not help him. The only thing that can help him is Igbo presidency. Let him start donating money to Igbo political power and channel his energy to Igbo president actualisation so that he will enjoy any illegality he wants to enjoy in Abuja like his Yoruba and Fulani friends.

Why demonish a property that has 2 subsisting court orders in favor of the owner.
The proper course of action is to address the matter in court and seek to overturn the orders if there are grounds to do so.. Wike should be in jail by now for contempt if this happened elsewhere

If this land was owned by some tribes, Wike will.never demolish it, even going against court orders. This is the trouble why Nigeria has remained a sham country, where investors could be hurt after making their investment in the open and possessing both legal government papers and court judgements.
