Are you saying that God and Satan are doing division of labour on the last day?

How did Satan come to exist then?

shortgun:

Satan is a god, has always been a god and there are many other gods.

Does Judaism have hellfire?

I am curious on the theological context. But you need to be careful about interpretations from other people. The lack of hell makes no sense whatsoever.

I have done my own research.
It makes sense.... The wages of sin is death.

In Nigeria the constitution has stated the punishment of offences.....
So also the Bible states death as the punishment of sin....

Except you want us to establish another standard for punishment

No one is begging you to stop. It is a warning for what it is to come.

It is interesting how you view hell as bad. That sounds like the hypocritical western principles westeners rant about when they chant about democracy and human rights. There is nothing evil about consequences.

This is how God sees and how God says it : You were placed on earth for a reason and you chose not to listen. The consequences of that arrogance is on you. It shouldn't matter what punishment it is. You disobeyed and there are promises to be be kept.

I wish you take your time to research these things yourself, instead of regurgitating religious doctrines, I dont know why u are attributing it to western culture, I dont see any relationship here, to end this argument let me believe we are not referring to the same God(god).

My God will pay everyone according to his actions (Gal 6:7 He has already set the governing laws), the reason I am placed on earth is NOT to follow any man-made religion with their genocidal doctrines (Islam vs christian both calling themselves infidels and wishing eachother to roast in hell for eternity), I know my purpose on earth, Gen 1:28, My God is not tyrannical, he says: let us reason together (Isa 1:18) He loves us (Rom 8:35-39).

But the Bible teaches that death is the punishment of sin.

When Adam and eve were being warned about disobedience, death was the punishment and not torment.

Genesis 3:3
But God has said about the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden: ‘You must not eat from it, no, you must not touch it; otherwise you will die.’”

All along death has been the punishment and not burning in fire

Futhermore, at death, a person loses all consciousness and can't feel anything including pain.

Ecclesiaties 9:10
Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going.

Ecclesiates 9:5
For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.

So how can the clear Bible teaching that we can't feel anything at death compare with burning sensation in hell....?
It defies logic.

As for death being a simple punishment, when you consider that we were originally designed to live forever and Jesus death gives us the opportunity to live forever, a person who dies without the prospect of living forever has lost everything..... That's the ultimate punishment.

100% RUBBISH.

THAT BIBLE YOU READ IS FILLED WITH ROMAN LIES.

WE REMAIN CONSCIOUS AND ALIVE AFTER ‘DEATH’ BECAUSE WE ARE POWERFUL IMMORTAL BEINGS,

WE ARE NOT OUR BODIES ANYMORE THAN A SPACESUIT IS A PERSON.

OUR PHYSICAL BODIES SIMPLY ALLOW US TO PARTICIPATE IN EARTH LIFE.

DEATH IS SIMPLY A SHEDDING OF THAT BODY AS WE RETURN TO OUR PRE-BIRTH EXISTENCE IN THE REAL WORLD, NOT THIS SIMULATION WE CALL ‘LIFE ON EARTH’.

THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES AND OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCES.

WHEN YOU ‘DIE’, YOU WILL EXIT YOUR BODY, RISE UP, AND BE LOOKING AT YOUR BODY FROM THE CEILING.

YOU WILL REMAIN ALIVE BUT INVISIBLE TO PHYSICAL HUMANS.

BUT YOU WILL BE VISIBLE TO THOSE IN YOUR DIMENSION OF EXISTENCE.

Western ideologies come with the pretext that absolute monarchy is bad etc. Governance is perfect if you enshrined their principles. Which is exactly what you are also doing.

You want God to be in a certain way and if he isn't, you have problem with it. You are the one guilty of regurgitating same arguments that judge God through human lens. God must adhere to your description of what love is and should not roast people for eternity.

Happy sunday.

The bible talks about hell and death been cast into the lake of fire.(Rev20:13-15)
This means every unsaved person is going to be swimming in fire for all eternity.

What about people who were unlucky to exist before the gospel got to their location? E.g people who lived and died before the gospel got to Nigeria.

What about most people in countries e.g north korea and other such countries who have little to no knowledge about christ?

What of people who were unfortunate(they're all going to hell) to be born into say islam, budhism, hinduism and other religious movements? You might say these people should simply convert to christianity just by hearing the gospel, but switching religion isn't that simple. They are plugged to their faith the same way you have been indoctrinated and plugged to yours.

What about other sects of christianity that aren't getting it right?

Are all of this people going to be thrown into the lake of fire recieving same punishment as shekau or Hitler for all eternity?
The catholics will make you believe so...

Biblically, anyone not saved by Jesus Christ will not go to paradise with Christ when rapture takes place and the people left behind including the ones who didn't have the opportunity to be saved in their life time will be given a second chance to redeem themselves through unimaginable torture and persecution in a world ruled by Satan.

Can you explain what present believers have done to make them escape persecution??

Here is what happens at death, based on the testimonies of thousands of near-death experiencers from all over the world.

A near-death experience is defined as

“a lucid experience associated with perceived consciousness apart from the body occurring at the time of actual or threatened imminent death."

This site has thousands of testimonies:

1. The verse is talking about the resurrection of Christ in spirit before his resurrection in the body, what he did in the spirit form.
2. The word "preach" in the Bible does not always mean spreading the gospel, it also means to proclaim, teach, address and to speak.

Well, I dont know why you are forcing western ideologies on the path I chose, I pause to do a retrospect and I can say they have no influence on me, atleast not yet.
How funny it is that the religion you are affiliated was propagated by the same western people...I see double standard here...

Ofcourse I cant make God what He is not, same goes to all 4000 religions who are all claiming to be "chosen" this excludes sects and sub-sects. If God is unknowable then no one organization or person has the right to impose on others his philosophy of God. This is why it is of utmost importance for you to find your truth instead of slaving for any religion. I have personal relationship with my God I dont need man-made doctrines.

Let's assume there is. That is how I have been living my life. Just follow the Ten Commandments. If after death we discover there is no Hell, then we would have lost nothing

What if you discover that it wasn't the ten commandments you should have been following instead some god you never heard of is the true god, what will you say when he throws you in his own version of hell?

Not true.

There is what we call reincarnation.
Its gives the perfect opportunity for rewarding both good and bad past lifes.

Our ancestors knew about and believed it.

Before Christianity came with their nonesense.

No need for whether your ancestors believed it or not. (it could even be that they were referring to the resurrection of the dead as reincarnation)

But to clear all doubt give us some addresses of those who have lived before like some one who was alive during the benin war with britain who came back to live again for us check

No, they are not going to hell according to the bible, the gospel is preached to the dead. The dead shall hear his voice. John 5.25.
1 peter 4.6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit

Hell is the same as the land of the dead.

Souls are destroyed in hell, not burned forever.

According to the Bible, this is the Second Death.

The significance of the Second Death is that it alienates the sinners from the love of God just as sin alienated Adam from the love of God which he enjoyed in the Garden of Eden.

As for those who died before Christ, I am sure they would be judged by the works of their hands.

The physical body of people you see is just like the clothes we put on.

It changes based on our preference. You cant go searching for a person based on the clothes you saw them wear 5 years ago.

So the bodies we put on in each lifetime as well as where we are born is different each time.
You cant use location nor description of physical bodies to track a spirit.

Believers today understand that righteousness alone can not take one to heaven.
To make heaven is very easy contrary to what most preachers portray.
This is what you must do to inherited the kingdom of God. You must care for the people in need

Matt 25 v 41-46
Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels
for I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,I was a stranger and you did not invite me in,
I needed clothes and you did not clothe me,
I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.
They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?"
He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
