The road has more value in Lagos. Immediate impact will be seen around the lekki-Epe axis, and it will serve as a motivation to complete the rest of the road.

There are more traffic and economic activities in Lagos than any part of Nigeria, so it is more rewarding in terms of returns and impact to start from Lagos.
