I NEVER went to any man's house to cook and clean. When I was dating my husband, I never went to visit him to cook or clean except for one time when he was very ill. I visited mostly on weekends when he had heaps of laundry and I never washed or ironed any clothes when I visited. Not every woman is desperate enough to turn herself into a slave for a man's approval.

There is no written rule that a female must always do house chores whenever she sees herself in man's house. It's almost as ridiculous as saying a man must give a woman money once he sees she is needy. It's a man's duty to provide right? Does it make sense to go to a woman's place and give her money because she's broke?

You think your daughter will be respected by going to sweep or do housework in a man's house? She will only be treated like a slave and a doormat. Even if she eventually gets the ring, she won't be any different from a glorified maid because that is how she presented herself. Train your daughter to be strong, confident and financially independent not glorified help so she won't heap curses on you at the advanced stages of her wasted life.
