I really feal for you and others in your situation. They are still owing you millions?. The truth is most Nigerians complaining about things like these never really fight back. Institutions like the Federal industrial Court are actually addressing issues like this. Well if you are really serious on getting your money back and fight for it (he that is down already needs fear no fall), you stand a chance. I know the challenge usually in cases like this is that the victim may not have the financial resources of prosecuting the case. We have a way of avoiding this challenge. Be truthful to yourself to your CV regarding what you can do . (1) Which sane labour contract allow you to sack a worker in a week of resumption without warning letter or probation in the case of performance else your contract letters are against labour act.
(2) For workers to describe you as one with mental challenge, proud, arrogant is not a good review for your company's image, your person and it's future. Amend your ways and be nice.

Don't mind that emmanuel. He is talking anyhow because he too dwells on selling out other staff. He is always doing eyeservice. Everybody I know that left aquada is doing well with other organisations. If you doubt it, go to LinkedIn and search aquada. You will see many ex employees doing great. Many have left Nigeria but emmanuel is their doing eyeservice.
Even the man mother is complaining bitterly. Old woman who should be resting is still cleaning up the mess the drug addict son is shitting everywhere.

The worst company to work for in this country in my opinion is Aquada Development Corporation Ltd. This company is in Umuahia Abia state.
The company is owned by one man with a mental health challenge. He wakes up and he doesn't like your face anymore, he sacks you not minding that you just resumed a week or a month ago and had to travel from Lagos or Kaduna or Jalingo to stay work there.
The man lives abroad and is jobless over there so he has enough time to chase around young applicants. He cannot relate with men of his age. Such a proud and arrogant man.
