For instance, Nigeria’s harsh economy is making many poor, yet it's also making several others rich. There are people who would never have become wealthy if the economy hadn’t taken a difficult turn. Good and bad both serve their purposes. You're the one who determines your outcome.

Have your "village people" tied you like a goat, the way Joseph’s brothers sold him into slavery? Well, Joseph became Prime Minister in Egypt. So what are you becoming?

The worst your enemies can do is push you right into your place of glory. Jesus wasn’t given the name above every other name until the enemy gave Him a cross to hang on. But He rose from there and became the King of kings and Lord of lords.

If Satan had known that Job's wealth would multiply after his trials, he wouldn’t have touched him. Joseph's brothers would never have sold him if they had known he would become a lord in Egypt.

Sometimes, you need your "village people" to take you through the refining fire, like gold, so that you can come out as a precious jewel sought after by kings and nations. It all depends on you.

The Bible says, To those who love God, all things work together for good. (Romans 8:28). The same waves that drown some swimmers are the same waves that surfers ride to glory.

But "if thou faintest in the day of adversity, thy strength is small" (Proverbs 24:10).

So rise up, child of destiny. Even your enemies are tools in God's hands to push you into purpose.

Your geographical location is very important towards your progress in the journey of life.

Every challenges one passes through is not caused by village people.

Well, you're not getting the message, and you don't seem to understand the basis for my question.

Job's case was a peculiar one. What happened to him never happened again to anyone in the Bible. God was using Job to set a standard for faith, trust and obedience. Jobs purpose for living, and that of his children was to teach upcoming generations of believers about the need to persevere in times of hardness. No matter what besides, like job, we will overcome. If job made it, then anyone can. By this, job fulfilled his purpose for living, and he was rewarded here and for all eternity. Till today, Job's story remains a reference point for inspired hope, faith and resilience in pursuing the ultimate fulfillment of God's will for the believers.

I get you and your question! It is true no one else witnessed what Job did in the Bible! Each man to his or her own trials. Job had his own just as others had theirs.

But my own question is what's the crime of Job's first set of children?

You don't understand.

God didn't do anything. He just allowed Satan to attack job. However, Satan could not get at job because his righteous built a wall of protection around him. His children on the other hand didn't have that wall that righteousness provides, and Satan got them. Righteousness delivers from trouble.

It did. For clarity, God has destined all humans to reach their highest peaks in life but each human would determine how far he wants to go.

God doesn't think in terms of riches or poverty. God thinks in terms of the fulfillment of purpose. And for this, God has not set any limitation for anyone. Your purpose would bring you many opportunities to be rich if you pursue it the right way.

Jesus didn't reject the cross even though He could. He even rejected Plate's help. The disciples of Jesus were mostly given the opportunity to choose not to die but they chose death instead. When Muslim terrorists meet a man and ask him to convert to Islam or die; if he maintains his stand with Jesus and got killed by the murderous islamists, he's persecuted and martyred. That's not the trouble we're talking about.
