It may sound bizarre in our intellectual age, but many people have lost their marital destinies to spiritual spouses/evil altars/ancestral idols.

I stopped paying attention after the first reason, and just perused the rest, cos I knew the remaining reasons were going to be trash, and voila, I wasn't wrong.

I don't know why the OP brought this topic up, because marriage is personal preference, and we should see it as such.

It is here in Nigeria or maybe in Africa that we attach too much importance to marriage, but the West doesn't see marriage as such.

If a man or woman chooses to marry, it is none of my business. It's his or her choice, and I will never give myself a sleepless night over it.

I have no business going into holy matrimony with a 30+ old Lady.

To me, a 30+ lady is the same as the ugu leaf that no one bought in the morning, by evening it looks all worn out.

The main reason is that men are not ready to get married due to financial issues.

The bar has been moved. Women not marrying in their early 30's is now normal. Education, career, wokeism etc has shifted the bar. How many women do you see marrying in their 20's these days?

Personally, I think a woman should panic if she hits 38 and is still single. Many women between the ages of 30 and 35 are enjoying their life and looking younger than previous generations with the advent of makeup, fitness awareness and fashion.

30 is no longer a stigma. Most 30 year old ladies in this generation are still immature, unfortunately so and are not ready for marriage.

Why not mention bad attitude and Laziness . Some can't cook and some are materialistic

Please I want to ask ooo, who says the age bracket ladies must get married should be 20's? Like who gave that deadline People starts school late, many even start university education in their 40's and 50's, people buy their first car in their 60's and some are not even lucky to build a house till they die but much emphasis is usually placed on ladies marrying latest in their 20's.
