@Venuss, If you are based in lagos, check healthplus. They stock GNC products , nature's way ,Holland and barett . These brands produce those herbs.and some other ones too. For the flannel for your castor oil pack, you can improvise using a cotton singlet,I use one of dh's old singlet.  I cut the top off and use the part below.I fold into two. I'l advice that you have a dedicated jar where you keep it for future use.so that you don't have to wash.because it'l save your castor oil .I use an empty mayonnaise jar,the big size.so after each use,uncap the jar,put your flannel and cap it back.Hope this helps 4 Likes |

@priscaver,You can get the hotwater bottle from pharmacies and drug stores.it goes for about 350 naira.Boil your water,ensuring that it gets to boiling point(it starts bringing out steam) and then you pour straightaway into your bottle.you should have ensured that everyother thing you'l be using is ready,so you lay on your back and apply.at this point,the bottle will be very hot,so you can't put it directly on your body,so you fold a cotton cloth,not white cos castor oil stains.I use a small face towel.put it under the bottle and relax,mostly in front of the TV or reading a book so I don't get bored and want to get up.after some time,the hotness reduces,so you can remove the towel/cotton cloth and apply directly on the nylon you're using as the layer on top of your flannel.its just the edges of the bottle you need to put the cloth under cos it remains hot for longer.I normally do 20-30mins each time and then follow it up with abdominal massage.hope this helps |

@Amazeballs,Zinc,vit C and E supplements are quite effective for semen parameters.but if he is the type that does not like to take tabs,then ugwu extracts is also effective for semen.Though ugwu ls widely known for blood improvement,but its also effective for semen.research as shown ugwu extract to improve significantly,sperm motility and count after its use for just 7days.to improve the taste if your dh has sweet tooth,add honey and milk to the extract and just tell him its a green drink Walnuts(asala) is also rich in substances that improve semen qualities as well as almonds and tigernuts(ofio). He can chew on them or you can add the walnuts and almonds to his salad or cereal in the morning and you can extract the milk from the tigernut and serve him as a drink.to avoid the chaff Lycopene is another essential antioxidant for semen.This is abundant in tomato.select fresh and very red tomatoes and blend or juice them.and serve him as a drink.when the tomatoes are very red,they tend to be sweet by themselves so no need to add any sweetner.harmonise all of this along with his diet and you'l hopefully see significant improvement.also,check for infections,to eliminate any underlying factors 3 Likes 1 Share |

Honiepie24: @mar hw r u?dint get to hear frm u again.vitex cud b taken tru d month,but u r adviced to stop once ur af starts nd continue maybe two days after af,durin dis period u allow ur af to cleanse ur body naturally.cervical hostility does happen wen a lady has poor or high acid based food,infection in d lower reproduction organ,very thin or scanty cervical mucus,the best way to help make ur cervis more friendly is to buy or rather use sperm friendly lubricant,the best is preseed,or conceive plus.it makes d vijayjay less acidic.pls browse and findout foods dat r less acidic to help alkalize ur body.a body whose ph is between 0 and 6.5 is acidic nd highly prone to sickness,infact it magnets all sorts of illness,wen d ph is at 7 its neutral,dat means ur body is ok,bt wen it moves from 7 to between 7:5 nd 14 its alkaline,d higher it goes from 7.5 d more alkaline it becomes,d body has d potential to heal its self by increasin d alkaline nature,bt dnt stay too long in very alkaline state,its got its bad side too.i hope i dint confuse u d more? @honiepie, thank you for your info. Honiepie the great herbal doctor. You shld open up a clinic for consultation o! This is a good thread. I also resolved into herbs since all the Drs failed me. The local roots and herbs are sure working cos cervical mucus that i have not seen for like 2 yrs now is back and fully back no more thick cheesy mucus. I have only used the herbs for 4 days and so far so good. But mehn its bitter but i sure can manage the taste to bn called Barren. But can i BD while taking this herb? |

Mydear the distance to my herbal dr is a bit far. I'll just wait till next month. dont want to take chances. nice job u mamalawos are doing here,d lord is our strength. I just think eating right,bding right,praying hard,positivity iz d best. If u must take herbs,abeg do plenty research bfor taking it ooo,. Stay away from sweet things,junks,flours,eat more of veggies nd fruits, rest well. Haba,God must answer us na. |

Thanks , @Rute ,lore&Temi and safe06 . @honiepie24,I'm feeling that huge hug o .thank God for the safe trip .@Rute, in addition to what honiepie said, soy should be used with caution and only by women not naturally ovulating.cos it acts as a natural clomid.when not used in correct/adequate dosage,you end up with cysts due to incomplete ovulation and an increase in estrogen levels which may encourage fibroids. Its good only when you know where your individual issue is and with the correct dosage.vitex is better cos its not a hormone in itself but works with your body to encourage hormone balance 3 Likes |

herbscure02: Another alternative method for any women that is looking for pregnancy, in yoruba land in life of our forefathers, when the woman is free from disease of "Eda ibule or oro", "iju", "menstruation problem" and any other problems that affecting women to conceive, the next option for them is to do "ASEJE" or AGUNMU ALASEJE which the women will use to prepare soup or with Akamu after her menstruation, by God grace she will conceive i the following mth or 2nd mth. |
