If you are not able to get it or the ones cocodiva mentioned, you can just do with edmark's shake off (try buy at a trusted store) or you use lemon and acv in warm water added with pawpaw and watermelon morning and night. Please did anyone notice any change in PMS while on ACV or Trevor? I had cramps from 3dpo, high temperature, nausea and waves of sickness. My PM's have never been this serious.
