Lapo microfinance bank. I like the fact the are helping a lot indigent Nigerians start small businesses. Seriously, I will go with zenith any day. Gtbank is good too but I see to many croud and young persons in their banking hall these days. Diamond and Fidelity are trending. Pls never go to Access bank they are not serious. |

In all honestly, I've never had any trouble with any of my banks. I bank with GTB, Zenith, Access and FCMB. All banks basically offer the same products, what differs is the service experience and this is relative to the Branch, Location, Staff and the entire service team. Every branch or bank has its customers it caters for. Eg a branch in Trans AMADI, PHC will find itself catering for workers so it will be crowded typically during lunch hours and if you go at this time, the service team may not provide the wow experience. Whereas a branch in Mile1 or RUMUOKORO will cater for mostly traders and mass markets and will be crowded 90% of the time. My point is service is relative, Best is a perception. Feel free to experience service at its best. Call 01-2798800 for any enquiries. 1 Like |

seankay: I stopped using Access bank in 2009 when they always deducted my cash as if I was keeping my money for them to deduct. I have stopped using Eco bank because it's far from me.Firstbank dealt with me.I transferred money to someone last month using Firstmonie, the person didn't receive it.I called several times, filled form at the bank, till now, I didn't get that money back. I love GTB. |

GANDALF1: which of the branches of Zenith Bank do you work? which of the departments are you? In terms of operation, all the banks are implicated. A branch might be very good while another branch of the same bank might be very poor in service delivery. I deal with @least 7 of these banks and I can say UNEQUIVOCALLY that in terms of service delivery, ACCESS BANK is far ahead of others. This is from all the banks I have been to! |

Depends on what banking services you are looking for. UBA stands ahead of other banks with Card Services, Internet Services, Mobile Banking. Truth be told as per charges, they may be slightly higher than other banks but they are swift and reliable. |
