I belif a there's a complete difference btw been shy and been an introvert..shyness for me ,is a decease...secondly am a comfirm introvert,but I sometimes do completely,the opposite of wat do OP listed.

I have so many reasons why I should date a shy and introvert guy which I believe many of you forumites will agree to. They being an introvert will not even allow them such bad manners. Reverse is the case for the confident guys. They'll make sure they engage in all sort of party. Where to find a shy guy.
1: Shy guys are very easy to find. If you are still in the university, you can find them at the back seat of your classroom. When others are gones after a lecture, shy guys always remain alone, sitting down, alone with their thought. This is always your best time to approach them. Just compliment him on anything and watch him blush. They are very friendly.

2: During your NYSC.
During your service year, you'll find many of them at the orientation camp. I had sweet experiences with one during my NYSC days. He was so sweet and charming. You'll always find them at the back of the crowd doing almost nothing. They just stand there and clap for others engaging in one task or the other. They are very gentle set of people so don't mind them for not partaking in activites. They don't want to look rough like the extrovert guys. Those of you going for NYSC batch c come november 2014, watch out for the shy guys. You'll love them.

3: During church service
These awesome set of beings are easy to find during church service. They always sit at the back, rarely dance when its time for offering and they rarely come out to give testimonies because they are shy. Isn't that cool ? Unlike the extrovert guys that will even go the awkward length of dancing shoki and skelewu during church service . Shy guys will never do this . Oh how can I even forget the way they blush when you ask them questions during sunday school. They are so adorable.

I'm just the reserved type who doesn't love too much noise,attention or showoff. However,I'm pretty confident about myself. All introverts are necessarily not shy. And yes,I appreciate even the smallest of compliments passed about me...

Most people we think are shy are just pretending or intimidated when in public but get to see them in their privacy n u wl see a marked difference. Slow poison, green snake, deceiver, wolf come to mind when I meet any shy person.

"Reasons why you should date me"

I'm an Introvert....because of my nature different people form different opinions of me-...I've once heard someone say to me; "you're too proud"- I don't mix and talk with everyone like most extroverts would expect...infact, in church today; after service I sat quietly in my seat waiting for the workers' meeting to begin. When my unit leader came to tell me to stand and just talk and mix with people,- in my mind I was like- "what d 4**k am I supposed to say"?,"is it necessary?"...i don't like talking except there's somtin important to say, i'm not d kind dat talks "just to make d place lively",i don't mind long silences, Infact we can travel from lagos to Ibadan together in a vehicle and I won't even mutter a word.....and also i'm tired of hearing friends and family tell me- "hey u no fit even call person since all dis dayz"-In my mind i'm like-"call u for what?"....in my phone there are numbers i've not called since like 3yrs ago...I'm not d kind of guy dat calls "just to sat hi"...it's not like I'm proud, or a dullard, it's just not part of my character.....but I don't have anything against the extroverts, infact I love them, they're entertaining eventho, they could somtimes say downright odd and embarssaing things like dry jokes, and pointless statements.

Shy guy here! You got everything about me here remaining my name. I am working on it anyway but it doesn't seems like it's impossible. Let me just be myself like my God created me...

It's ok if you like shy guys (dunno why I'd want to be with one as I'm already shy enough for Africa ), but don't bad-mouth the confident ones while at it.
