Thank God o, my IELTS report has arrived, next stop ECA report and my application will be submitted.
Civil Engr. dept in UNIBEN is just messing up with my transcript. everything is done manually there.

Its advisable you go to your bank and collect the statement of account. I dont know if online statement of account would be accepted.

what i believe is being looked out for is the signature of the banking officer/account officer, letterhead, etc.

I am very anxious about the timeline of FSWP. I have submitted my application for credential assessment to CES which is taking hell of a time processing it. They have told me it would take 15 weeks which means I would not be able to submit my application before Jan. Would the program continue even after express entry starts? I know there is no change on page 986 of the Gazette. However, Express Entry will start in Jan. Please help.

Looking at both results ,the 5.5 in your respective scores does not qualify either if you as a principal applicant......A principal applicant must score at least 6 bandmark in all 4 test at a sitting.
For a supporting spouse who will give 5 points,either result is perfect.
Both of you need to decide who will be principal applicant......let him or her register again and let him or her strife to score minimum of 6 in all 4 test in a sitting.
