Our last U17 squad went through an MRI scan before the tournament.

If you research it, you would know falsifying age is now difficult.

I think you should go and rest now that your brother has been removed as the coach of The National Team.

Amodu is an expert in qualifications and has done so twice.

Thank you.

Amodu did it twice.
But coached Eagles 4 times.
This is his fifth time.
2/4 = 1/2= 50%.
How do you term this performance expert?
I can't understand the two of you.

As for me, this is a welcome development. Yes we all know his poor performances in the past, I believe he has realized all his mistakes and have come to amend. Please fellow Nigeria let's give him the 2nd chance by supporting him this time.

Interesting. Amodu plays bumpy style of football and is very suitable for African soccer. He also understands the trend very well and would recall good and experienced players. I am so delighted about this because what Nigeria needs now is experience and ball-winners. For instance, Uche brothers, Obafemi Martins, Taye Taiwo and so forth. In other words, Congo and South Africa are indeed in trouble. Nigeria will definitely scale through. In God We Trust:-)

I wonder what even made that poster think sir Alex is available. U want to employ a 72 year old coach? And later he will be the first to say he is too old. None of these coaches will even take the super eagles job, I want spoil their cv?

Oh, I remember it is Nigeria- where old military retirees were turned to abuja beggars because they weren't paid thier dues.
I remember it is Nigeria where Nitel staff are still begging for entitlements when all our gsm companies had celebrated a decade of cashing-in trillions.
I remember it is Nigeria where the evils are praised while the good ones are persecuted.
Nigerians actually deserved worse than they are getting from politicians.
Nigeria and Nigerians are ungrateful.
You may call me APC stooge for this because you ve seen a yoruba man. However, my view is solely my conviction.

if you watched nigeria's last 3 matches you would understand that his plan is always crossing the ball from defence to attack. this has never yielded a good result but the boys keep playing that way. and when someone(osaze) once tried to change it he said the young man played against instructions. presently our players have a better game plan than the coach. beside the fact that he's lost his quality, he's also arrogant and acts like he has nothing to lose and putting the SE in the hands of a man who doesn't care is like buying a strikes who doesn't care if he scores or not.

You obviously do not understand body language. Yesterday those boys played for their coach for once. Every goal they scored, they ran to him to celebrate. They obviously knew it may be his last game, and they upped the ante for him (Keshi). Mind you, he benched some complacent regulars and gave opportunities to more hungrier players.

No matter what tactic a coach deploys, it is the players that will make it work. If he likes let him scream from the touch line from today till tomorrow, if they want to play rubbish, they will.

There is no iota of wisdom in sacking Keshi and being replaced by Shuaib Amodu. The only person that could wear the garment put off by Tactician is Jose Mourinho. if u want to sack Keshi u shed av given us Mou instead. To a large extent no coach in Africa is better than this man. some of the allegation levelled against the big boss is nothing but his own principles. Amodu, I think the name shud be forgotten in Nigeria football and thank God is not siasia it wud av been disastrous. I think the only person to oust Keshi is Amokachi. How will u laid off all the coaching crew? Man u did it during Moyes era and it was well regretted by them. The new broom sweeps better but the old broom knws all d corner. I wnt say I'm wiser Dan the 170 million wu or not want keshi out but I am saying that no good thing can come of this dispensation, I mean from Nazareth. Prof. Ogunwale told me yesterday DAT Amodu will b our next coach and told him NEver in Our football history. that that is retrogression. I wish Keshi best of luck. I'm proud to say I'm pro keshi and keshi number 1 fan

My heart bleeds for Nigeria..Can we ever get it right?
I dont wana conclude that (black is a cursed) but...haba why do we hate ourselves.
we prefer to be enslave by the white then to support and serve our own with utmost truth.
its barely 2 yrs when the same Nigerians were all praising keshi for a gud job welldone and now just becos of some bad result that is inevitable we have turn our backs on our dear one.

People like to point fingers into other people s life without looking deeply into theirs.
I am sorry for Nigeria and the youth entirely who cant differentiate between a good agenda and a bad one.

I am sorry for keshi..he should have dump nigeria after the worldcup but he wrongly chose to continue in a system that doesnt support his success.i am sure he is regretting now

Isn't amodu as useless as keshi?

Why not bring in a better interim coach, why Amodu of all people??

Amodu is not as useless as Keshi. He is far more useless than Keshi. Nigeria is finished. The onky thing that may work in the interim is that IK and the youngster may be invited and they will play their hearts out just to villify Keshi. Thereafter nothing more will happen. How are the mighty fallen

Good, that is exactly what I am talking about, that NFF should forget about the foreign coach they are proposing to bring, cos we can not afford the good ones.

@Oscarsantos 2 of mouriho or alex fegusion can not be successful coaching the super Eagles like keshi.
Can you just imagine the retrogression..(shuaibu amodu)is like sacking fashola and replacing him with obasanjo and some nigerians will jubilate for this...smh for nigeria.

There is no way we wont regret this.those idiots in the glass house will pay for this and our stupid journalists too for been biased in all there comments.

Meanwhile, former Green Eagles player Adokie
Amaiesimaka, on Thursday said that the
dismissal of Keshi-led technical crew will not
change anything in the Super Eagles.
“We have had 14 coaches since France 1998,
does it mean that we do not have qualified
coaches that can transform the team?
“Sacking Keshi and his crew does not change a
thing; how do we expect Keshi to perform magic
overnight, our problem did not start today.
“At the senior national level we should have elite
players from the local league, but since Clement
Westerhof, we have stopped producing players
discovered from our league.
“The crop of players we produce these days
shows the level of decline of our
football,” Amaiesimaka said.
