He is interestingly stup1d and un-intelligent, am sure if those that gave birth to him knew that he was going to be a public nuisance in a sane community, they would have used a condom so the mother-shitty could get flushed away in a closet. Falcao clarifies injury situation

Manchester United loan star Radamel Falcao has rubbished recent media reports that he is struggling to regain full fitness due to a serious knee injury that he sustained in January while playing for parent club Monaco.

The deadline day signing has missed the Reds' last three Barclays Premier League matches after suffering a calf injury in training. During this time, several news agencies ran unfounded stories that have openly questioned his physical condition.

While speaking to MUTV at the Aon Training Complex on Thursday afternoon, United's no.9 was keen to provide an update on his fitness and quash the "falsehoods" that have been written about him.

“I am getting better, I feel well and I hope to come back to the pitch soon,” Radamel explained. “It is disappointing that I can’t play but I have to be calm and recover because that is important to help the team when I return to the games."

Quizzed on the media reports about his knee, he continued: “It is a bit frustrating. Well, it is more than frustrating actually and it detracts from the credibility of the media that there is so much speculation and that so many falsehoods have been written about it.

"I think with an audience of so many millions of people, it is not right. I did take a small injury to my calf, which is something that I need to be careful with, but there are a lot of stories circulating that are pure speculation.”

that fire in his belly is the thing I like most about thiis falcao.
Its a good thing the hate and doubts are coming from all rivals.
It'll only increase his motivation to keep'em all shut at the end of the day.

-Lets us put the trio of Herrera, Fellaini
and Di Maria in midfield to run the legs
off anything Arsenal can put out, and
still have room for Carrick to shield what
is no doubt going to be a shaky back
line.
-It also keeps Fellaini free from the
responsibility of being an actual
midfielder (in which role he is, let's face
it, only a 4/10) and lets him focus on 1.
Disrupting Arsenal's rhythm (7/10), 2.
Shoring up our aerial defending from set
pieces (7/10), 3. Providing an aerial
threat for our own set pieces and long
balls (9/10) and of course 4. Unsubtly
breaking Sanchez' nose with an elbow if
he's looking too dangerous (10/10).
-Lastly, having Fellaini in that free role
makes the formation very easily
customisable during the game. Need
more width? Sub him off for Januzaj.
More goal-threat? Sub him off for RVP
or Wilson. More defensive stability?
Nope, sorry, everyone who can do that is
crocked. The point stands, though.

Louis van Gaal has reiterated Ed Woodward’s assertion that it is unlikely Manchester United will make any signings during the January transfer window.
Van Gaal subsequently stated: "Ed did not say we should not buy; he said it's difficult in January to buy players who are of good enough quality for Manchester United. So because of that, we are not buying.
"And I agree with that, because if you buy a player, he has to be better than what you already have in your squad. It is very difficult to find such a player.
"I believe that is what he wanted to say and, believe me, we are speaking the same language."
Asked directly by journalists whether he is interested in signing Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman, I cannot discuss players with the media.
"I’m sorry, I cannot answer this question. And not only Strootman but all the players in this world. I cannot discuss it with you."

So Rooney is still so fast. Just seen some things now.

Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney was surprisingly the Red Devil’s fastest player against QPR on Sunday, beating speedsters such as Angel di Maria and Antonio Valencia, reported the Daily Mail.

The 28-year-old managed a top speed of 20.3mph against Harry Redknapp’s side, faster than any other player in the Manchester side, a surprising fact in a game that saw United run out comfortable 4-0 winners; Rooney himself getting on the scoresheet.

The new England captain, often criticised for being lethargic and slow, clocked this speed while attempting to out-run former team mate Rio Ferdinand, who was making his first appearance back at Old Trafford since leaving the club in the summer.

Here are the top ten fastest Manchester United players during that game
10) Ander Herrera – 18.3 mph
9) Daley Blind – 18.9 mph
cool Juan Mata – 18.9 mph
7) Marcos Rojo – 19.1 mph
6) Robin van Persie – 19.2 mph
5) Rafael da Silva – 19.5 mph
4) Johnny Evans – 20.0 mph
3) Antonio Valencia – 20.0 mph
2) Angel di Maria – 20.1 mph
1) Wayne Rooney – 20.3 mph ................. (Faster than his top speed last season-19.9, and equaled Walcott top speed last season.)
Source: Daily mail and Caught offside. http://www.caughtoffside.com/2014/09/15/manchester-uniteds-top-10-fastest-players-v-qpr-with-wayne-rooney-above-angel-di-maria/

Rooney 19.9 mph made him the 7th fastest player in the world last season. That's surprising sha. But I can say he is very fast this season, considering the way he caught up with Toure in that chase from half way back into our box area.

........................................

I saw the below but I don't know where the facebook poster got it from:

Our players speed this season from training according to Carrington speed test results.
1. Rooney
2. Valencia
3. Rafael
4. Di maria
5. Shaw

It's surprising because I thought the young man should out pace Rooney. You know the way the media had made Rooney to look like the slowest player in the world. grin. Last season I mentioned the speed with which he ran from box to box to score from a counter attack against West Ham, but it was like I was talking trash. I also remember his speed against Leverkusen at OT. But may be he doesn't run often as he said he wants to play more intelligently.
