Everyone is telling the @Poster to "be a man, wear your trouser, ban her, stop her, ... e.t.c" but dont we remember and agree that "she is an adult" and "you can only take a horse to the river, you cant force it to drink"?

A woman in her "state of mind" does not listen to the husband..... she takes her instructions from her "man of Gawd"!

This Op is fighting a loosing lost battle.

The first thing you have to do is to become born again yourself and make both of you attend the church of your choice. It would be difficult to stop your wife from seeing these charlatans if you don't provide an alternative. Your lackadaisical attitude to God is a factor in your experience; it has robbed you of the spiritual authority you're expected to exercise in your family so, fake prophets are running your family. You cannot ignore God and expect the devil not to interfere in your affairs.

Its not going to be easy because the prophets won't release her since she has become a meas of livelihood for them so be prepared for a long battle. Weaning a person from the clutches of dupes and fake prophets is never easy. Please don't complicate the problem by threat of divorce, the prophets would just tell her she was not supposed to marry you in the first instance.

I sense that you desire a godly, lovely, peaceful and enjoyable family but I must tell you, you can only have these when both of you are committed to the Lord and serve Him from your heart. You could try to go on vacation to another town where both of you can have time for heart to heart discussion. God is always available to solve any problem brought to Him because He is the originator of the home. You are blessed.

My brother this is a very complex situation. Am very sure the pastor had already prophesied to her that they have turned you against her and If you try to stop her now,it means the prophesy of the pastor has come true. And she may do what the pastor had given to her as the solution...who knows if packing out of your house. What I will like to tell you now is to resort to prayers only. This is why is good to marry a spiritually sound wife or husband and not those spiritual slaves.

Mind you, being spiritually stupid has nothing to do with being religious. I wonder why people still fall prey to these herbalists and authors of confusions calling themselves prophets!!!

Why should he be running from pillar to post for a baby after just 18 months? Any doctor will tell you that it's not everyone that conceives immediately.
Why should he be forced to accompany his wife to visit pastors he has no intention of visiting? So if she goes to meet Ifa priest or the Okija Shrine, he must tag along, eh?
then he shld leave her to go to d pastors. If he can't go with her,he shld leave her

Let me tell you this fact,no one can make your marriage inferior without your permission. It all depends on your ability to manage your home.how can the so called prophets be tossing your wife to and fro yet no concrete decision to ber taken by you. My fear is that if care is not taken, the prophet may start sleeping wt your wife saying it is only his sperm that can Produce.

Been an adult is not by age.. The wife gullible, naïve and must never be trusted she doesn't even trust her husband..

The op should threaten her by sending her packing..this bulls:hit has gone far already so the davidoff2000 should take it to the next level by sending her parking...

For nigerian women, Been married is like a gold medal once he sends her out she'll know how serious the guy is.

You are so correct
One woman that got into this man of God prophet mess was so convinced her husband's last effort to kill her will happen with his sperm as the man of God said and she stopped any sexual contact with him and will scream when he touched her, till she eventually filed for divorce
I hope the MOG is now her man
Re: Should I Stop Her From Seeing 'pastors'? by vodacom: 9:37pm On Nov 30, 2014
Well stoping her from seeing pastors wouldn't help the matter. My candid advice is that you discuss things together and try to persuade not worry moreover you are not first couple in this planet that got married and hasn't produce an offspring. You need to see families that have being try hard for over 30 years yet they are not bothered. Let her go for medical checks including you because no matter the number of prayer houses she visits,if God says no there is nothing she can do. Try to persuade her to limit the prayer houses she visit because of "sheep is wolfs clothing"

Honestly i don't comment much on nairaland, just view the topic and leave grin grin grin grin but to be candid i think this is a problem affecting many homes and still going to affect many,i believe prayer is answered at any location..i was asking my dad one day if we can visit 50 pastors,50 muslim clerics and 50 baba alawos grin grin grin and see if they won't all have different problems and prophecies to give someone lets assume that at least one will get 20 to 30 different messages so does it mean one has really those kind of problem in their lives...but at the other hand i am a catholic and i like my faith u know why ? they don't give prophecies in yoruba we call it shadura nshami...but wait ooo true true some pastors are blessed sha and they can really give good prophecies but then what you don't know sometime is better than knowing it..

Study Study Study in the Czech Republic!!!!

How to obtain European education for free? Study in Czech Republic !!! )))) We are representing about 15 Czech universities and institutes in West Africa!

The crucial advantage of Czech education, unlike other European countries, is that it is free providing if you study in Czech language and speak Czech. However, due to its great popularity among students it is rather difficult to be accepted at Czech universities for different reasons.

Firstly, the deadline for submitting documents Czech universities is February/ March, a number of students don’t meet the deadline. Secondly, you must pass the Czech language examination successfully to be accepted by the state university during the preparatory year.

Purposely, our partner's education centers in Czech Republic worked out the program “Higher education in the Czech Republic” oriented to reach the students’ ambitions.

For our program participants who aim to enter the state university, we recommend enrollment to our long-term twelve month or express course of Czech. Once you finish the course and pass the language exam you will enter the university. Moreover, our program includes the courses of mathematics, English language/ Czech Culture and common studies.

The students, who are intending to enter private universities, are recommended to enroll themselves onto our express or minimum course of Czech. After you finish the course you will be accepted by the private higher school. Once you finish their first course, you are able either to carry on your studies there or to be transferred to the second course of the state university and carry on your studies for free.

While being transferred to the second course the disciplines you have passed at the private higher school will be
awarded automatically to any university. The private universities we cooperate with offer a high standard of education and the programs fully correspond both to the requirements of Czech state universities and to the center of European Higher Education.

The preparatory course is both for B.sc and M.sc. Here are our partner schools!!

How do people get so gullible?? It just baffles me. Why did God give us brains if we can't use them? Why let another human being control your life when you can directly hear from God? It's just plain irritating and I never associate with those kind of gullible people. I'm much more comfortable with Atheists.

I'm sorry OP, but it's going to be very difficult to make your wife see reasons. She's neck deep into this act and has been brainwashed to no end. Try stopping her and you become an enemy.

First of all, u have to start being the head of ur home, because from the way u sound it seems ur wife is the one in control, n she seems to always have her way, I am a woman but I must tell the truth, u hv given her so much room. Make ur decisions and let it stand! For heaven sake it's Only God that gives children, nt some insane so-called man of God,if u dnt stop her now, who know whe might be hypnotized and impregnated under ur roof

Re: Should I Stop Her From Seeing 'pastors'? by akoaki(m): 9:56pm On Nov 30, 2014
You've got a big job to do in order to stop her because seeing pastors is an addiction for nigerian women. One of the ways is to discredit the pastors by making her read news of atrocities committed by this group of criminals. You may print out such stories/news online for her to read. There are hundreds of such stories that may eventually heal her of that dangerous addiction. If she must attend a church, convince her to go to any of the orthodox churches - catholic, anglican, methodist etc.

The worst part is that these women know exactly what they want and who they want to listen to yet bypassed these prophets when they were looking for husbands
If the fake prophetic thing was fascinating to me,what better thing but than marry one
