Can you boil egg?
cook rice? these are the basics.
Intermediary stage, make basic sauce like tomate sauce, cream sauce . Its just about same principle.
If not, just stick to Fast food, by the time you and hubby ready for dinner, you don warm the fast food sharpaly

My brother 3cycle cannot cook like these ladies you mentioned o, all I do is to sit down and look. Somedays I try out the recipes but it comes out like poti so I don't even bother posting.
Hopefully one day I will get it right. grin
