2sExy1:Whoever is thinking that Rochas is a fraud, is obviously delusional!!!! Rochas is so far, the best governor, that Imo State have gotten in recent time. He has the grass root support. Whenever he comes to okigwe, he is fearlessly mingles with the crowd, as they troop to greet him. The best thing that can happen to a govt is to have the entire or majority of the populace in support of that govt. Haters can take a 21days trip to FRANCE |

OrlandoOwoh:SHARAAAAAp It is only on Nairaland that Rochas is being hated especially by Igbos who are not from Imo State. My good friend who is from Owerri told me about this incident and I couldn't believe it not until I clicked on this thread. Anyone who hates Rochas, its either because he joined APC or because they are not benefitting financially from his government. Carry go Rochas,na only you we know for Imo State!! |

Soso990240:What is the aim of his useless free education, if they cannot find a job in Imo state after graduation? What is he doing to attract investments into Imo state? What are his plans? You said the road in your villages has been done, well mine hasn't been done. My ''village'' would have been part of Owerri city by now if we had a visionary man in charge rather he is busy with trial and error. |
Re: Okorocha Picks Imo APC Governorship Ticket After Losing Presidential by zendy: 8:15am On Dec 12, 2014 |
Rochas is a con artist who is taking the people of Imo state for a ride. People are shouting 'free education' as if he is the first and only politician to do this. The man has duped his way to power at every twist and turn. First he duped APGA,and now,the people of Imo state. He had one leg in APC presidential primaries in Lagos and the other leg in Imo state guber race in Owerri. Although Rochas is well known nationally, but outside Imo state he commands little or no patronage in Igbo land. A man who has not even managed to capture the hearts of his people thinks he will one day be president. The only thing Rochas cares about is to one day sit his fat a$$ down in the presidential office in Aso Rock. Who he tramples upon or betrays on his way there isn't something he gives a hoot about. Rochas hasn't even managed to grow APC in the south East. It will be interesting to see how he intends to convince Igbos to abandon their next door GEJ and vote for a tested and proven tyrant like Buhari. Imolites, we can't let APC get a foothold in Igbo land because of Rochas! Vote this man out in 2015 or better still, return Imo to APGA! |

Rochas said at the convention that he took part in the presidential primaries just to give South East a sense of belonging. |

I really campaigned and voted for rochas in 2011. Has he done well? Not to expectation. He would have done far much better but drifted. But his performance is not too bad. Will I vote him again? I think so. My reasons are that the other political parties have not produced credible candidates. Iheanacho of apga would have been a better choice but they have two candidates claiming victory. Apga eventually cancelled the primaries. As we stand, apga has no candidate. Pdp is not an option. If Iheanacho is not in the race, then we will retain rochas. Period 1 Like |
