Nwokem gee kwa nti. I have no pleasure in derailing a thread I opened for you guys. But warn your brother mario to focus on this thread without looking for enemy where it does not exist. I careless about this thread because I opened it so that the likes of mario can come here and camp without looking for trouble elsewhere.

I saw your above post but i didn't want to reply it because you spoke like an animal but I'll reply this you speak like a human being.
Just respect yourself cos the wound you caused on Abia image is still burning in my heart. And why I've not felt to react the way you've been reacting is just because of th respect i have for Anambra state as an Igbo state. But oneday we must display our madness and that day is not far fetch.

And pls stop comparing Onitsha with the great city of Aba because both has no match. You are using Onitsha which can boast of only 2 dual carriage( Asaba/enugu rd and Onitsha/owerri rd which are federal roads) to compare great Enyimba city(Aba) where all the major roads and some inner roads are dual carriage way.

Bro you need to grow up, stop acting like a kid, Anambra as whole needs a general overhaul. Travellers know the real state of your state but are afraid to say it out because of you and your likes.

This is the 19th page of this thread and 70% of it are pictures while your own state thread is more than 110 pages while one hardly see up to 40 pictures of real development in Anambra state.

Each time you talk it becomes obvious that a pig is talking. I am telling you that you do not have a state what you have is 'hell'. Aba is hell don't you get it? So it is insulting to say that you have a state. Onitsha is more or less like London compare to the slum settlement called Aba where every filth in Nigeria is resident. A town with all its roads unmotorable and filled with filth and mad people.

Since you told me that you are from Aba I started seeing you as a pig. I pity you because you are still campaigning for Okezie what Oriji did to you guys will be a child's play compare to what this dustbin man will do. For 16yrs you guys have been in the wilderness. Let hope that you get it right this time by voting Otti. Go to Anambra thread and see pictures of real development and not this thing you are running all over the place with your poor language.

On the state comparison. Anambra is by far more advanced on infrastructure, health, education etc just name it. You guys are very backward with the worst roads in the East. Take a look at Aba and you will weep. be sincere to yourself. Abia state is in bondage. Even ordinary rural roads in Anambra beats every damn thing you can boast of in your dirty urban areas.

Get a life in your hellish state. cheesy

the problem we have today in abia started with ouk. ta orji came and they influenced aba people to insult him despite all the good works. okezie is the right man for the job because he is an aba boy. if he fail us we shall burn his house in aba.

Being an Aba boy is not the sole/most important qualification needed to regenerate Aba area, but we would get to that in a moment.

Good works are hot hidden. There are nearly 2 million people in Aba metropolitan area and I think that you give very little credit to their ability to reason for themselves when you say that one man influenced them to bad mouth Orji. Could you name the good works he did in Aba and environs please?

problem of aba is their mentality. do you know that once the sky change, the peopl will start pouring refuse inside the drainage. how is that orji's fault. my people should learn how to live a healthy life. that was what okezie came to change though he was the deputy but he still did a marvelous work.

Ok, let's move on from the problems and on to solutions:

What are the environmental challenges facing Aba/Abia and how does Okezie intend to tackle them?

okezie is a train expert on environmental issues. if he take over as the gov he will tackle aba headlong. he is an aba boy who knows all the holes in the town. beside that he cannot fail his homeland or he will face the aba people. let point out that even if the roads in aba are repaired today, if the people do not change their mentality of dumping refuse all over the place the problem will continue. we have suffered enough.

Ok keep waiting for the Federal government to tackle flood problems in Aba. Goodluck with that.
How can you describe flooding as a result of blocked drainages as natural disaster? Is Aba flooding caused by overflow of the River Niger?

You are just a closet T.A. Orji apologist.
Any smart person would have found that out by now.

Me TA Orji apologist? You don't know me before.

I'm here to defend my state not the govt that has failed my beloved city, Aba.

Before now some people who relied on internet has called Aba all sort of bad names based on what they got on internet.

I've criticise Abia and her govt but my defense of state started when some Anambra indigenes who i know too well that they are suffering the same problem of bad governance claimed that their state is better than our beautiful state and swear to deal with anybody who mention their state on the vanguard of bad governance.

While as someone who grew up in Osha knows that the city can not be compared with Aba in anyway. Get your fact!

I and Customied13 have not said that Abia is not bad, it is just like other Nigerian states and maybe placed among the 1st 10 finest state in Nigeria and 2nd in SE after imo state, why it will be placed before Enugu state is that outside the Enugu city no other place can be compared with Aba, Umuahia, Ohaofia, bende, Abiriba, Ukwa etc.

Those things you noticed about our govt I've noticed them before you, and we are here to correct the impression that Abia is the worst state in Nigeria while in the actual sense Abia is the 10th finest state in the federation.

We have almost everything except seaport and Airport but believe me by February next year our airport will start working.

I have headed the environmental health division of my local authority, which comprises of wastes, street scenes and parks amongst other areas and I did not have to be an "Aba boy" to execute my job. Apart from being an Aba boy, what does he identify as the environmental challenges facing Abia and how does he intend to tackle them?

On the issue of people and their mentality; mentalities are not changed overnight without commensurate solutions or reprieve to encourage a change in mentality. How does he intend to make people change their "mentality" and what would he do if they refused to change?

i mean being an aba boy will give him an edge and push him to do more his fatherland. that aba is the dirtiest town today in nigeria is partly because of the mentality of our people. we have to do the little we can but here nobody does anything than worsening the situation. okezie has done it before and he will do it again to restore aba. another challenge in aba is the topography of the town- it is flat, so government need to do more on big urban drainage to take away flood water because most roads are usually covered with flood each it rains coupled with drainages stuffed with refuse.

I do not think that we have a pressing need for an airport in Abia State. No part of Abia state is more than 70 kms from an airport and I do not go about wishing there was an airport in Umuahia, when ever I use Sam Mbakwe airport. I live about 40 miles/64km and 70 miles/112KM fro heathrow and Gatwick respectively and I get to them in no time at all when the roads are free. I think we should focus on regeneration of our areas and consolidating on our comparative advantage which is SMEs

Trash!
You are a T.A. Orji apologist and you are doing a very poor job at hiding it.
You blame Aba people for criticising him, thereby making him to abandon the city, very senseless.
You blame the FG for flood that affects even inner parts of Aba due to bad roads and poor drainage system. Why hasn't your T.A. Orji called on the FG to tackle if then?
You can project your state in a good light without making excuses for T.A. Orji and indirectly selling his self appointed successor.
If that is your aim, you will surely meet opposition.

i want to see very massive drainage system that can have at least 2meters diameter/width. this will go a long way in evacuating flood water down to ogborhill. he should set up a taskforce to make sure that anybody that is caught emptying refuse in the drain is charged to court. strict penalties are required to tame aba people.

The fall/gradient of a sewer system is actually more important than the size. I get your drift though; you are saying that you want a more effective drainage system and I want that as well, but has Okezie mentioned anywhere that he would tackle the drainage problem in Aba or is it something that you are hoping he would do as an Aba boy? I have looked at his website and it is too bland without any specifics about his visions.

There is a lot of multiple taxation going on in Abia, especially the waste and environmental fees, therefore people expect that there should be outlets for the waste they generate. There should be no need for a task force if there is an efficient waste collection/disposal system. Would you blame you child for failing at school if you did not provide him with the materials to enable him succeed at school?

Moving on:

There are several markets, SMEs, artisans and industrial areas in Aba. How does he intend to harness the potentials of the city and sustain/expand the comparative advantage Abia has over other states and neighbouring nations?

How much are we expecting to make from it and over what period of time? Owerri airport is actually nearer to Aba than the Umuahia airport, so why would someone in Aba prefer to Use Abia airport ? I think the airport is a misplaced priority.

Do you know that the government can actually make more money by restoring and expanding the water system in Abia than embarking on a huge financially tasking project like an airport? I hope he has set enough money aside to complete the airport before he leaves, otherwise any right thinking person taking over from him would simply put the project on hold.

Did you watch the youtube posted up there by your brother? Your state is the worst and most under developed state in Nigeria. The only thing you pigs have is those dirty shoe making shops. The worst roads and most decayed environment is found in your state. Fact!

Be sincere to yourself for once. Even your own people are telling you that you have no state but hell. Elect a sane person next year if you want development. Go to our thread and see real development traversing all parts of the state. Your state is still very backward and rural.

cheesy cheesy

You don't seem to get it. You do not have a state, what you have is hell. Ask anybody your state is hell. All the roads in your state are hell.

Get a life, my state has the best road network that beats everything your filthy and hellish state can offer. cheesy

If you like go and elect the dustbin man, he will teach you guys another level of underdevelopment. cheesy

That dustbin man is better than anybody that will come with Anambra party. Tomorrow now you will tell the whole Nigeria that you give us a gov.

I'm not against my good brother, Alex Otti but i had rather support PDP, APC, PPA, UPP than to support APGA. I don't want what happened in Imo to happen in Abia.

Your people are very mean and might want to use APGA influence to hijack projects and appointments in Abia.

Chai, you've missed. Otti should come up next time with another party. He should have used APC.

That person is telling you the truth. You do not have a state but hell. It is as simple as that. Your state is largely underdeveloped due to non state and federal presence. All the roads leading to your state are in shambles. Fact!

As for comparing the two states, there is no basis because your state is not only filthy but littered with horribly bad roads, unconducive environment and retrogression due to mal-administration since 1999.

Stop trying to say things that will make you feel good. Just face reality for once, your state is dead and needs resuscitation. There is no basis to compare your filthy, disorganized, piggery state to ours. I will always be here to tell you the harsh truth.
