as for gaming, i played pes 2014 on this fone for 1 hour. lost just 8% battery juice.
and for the record, my fone hanged just once, when i used a corrupt sd card.

If your data is draining, restrict background data,any phone over heats if pushed hard enough,and unless you are clueless,you should know that Play Store Apps are vetted and are Malware free,if you decide to download from 3rd party stores,which Google warns you against,you do so at your own risk..

guy u don't get what am saying as Nigerians we buy phone for chatting if u want to chat u can just on 2G or EDGE u can even browse with EDGE not some heavy sites because it will be rili slow to open eg of sites like that playstation site,so u just save urself a lot by using EDGE ur data and ba3 and as for the malware part hw will play store have malware ehn won't they have sue them unless maybe u are downloading from 3rd party store. 1. Hangs a lot
Android is good at lagging and
continuously hanging your phone,
whatever you do it annoys a lot.
Whether you are playing games or you are browsing your gallery
or you are surfing internet, its hangs a lot.

2. Drain battery
Another disadvantages of Android is its drain battery very fast. You play games for 5 minutes and your battery meter drop from 98 to 82. This is how android sucks and eat up your battery as soon as you touch your phone.

3. It drains data
No other os uses data like android devices, just to open a few apps and browse a few pages, data count would already had exceeded your budget.

4. Over heats
This is serious problem for me, Android heats cell phone often. However if you have a good cover on your cellphone you may feel less heat, but if without cover just put your cellphone on your cheek you will find what I mean.

5. Box of Malware Google play store
I agree that Google play has some nice applications sorry many nice
applications but somehow spammers, hackers are ahead of putting malware in
Google play store. If you download 10 Applications a day, 6 will be substandard or malware, so be careful.

i have about 400 apps on my phone I open at least 20 at a time, no hanging, no freezes, full multi tasking

I have used 15mb on my android phone for 3 days

Android has several browsers that trump safari...... And that's starting with chrome....

My phone doesn't heat up "maybe you need to hold better phones"

The OP is right to an extent, have used Samsung android devices, tecno and htc and to be honest they are nice phones but the data consumption, battery and heating is my drawback.

Now av decided to stick with q10 and am loving it. I don't av 2 spend much on data, d battery life is cool n I don't av to carry a BIG phone around

My problem with ur post is u using an experience with just one android device to generalize, not only that, condemn an OS (as if it's the one making those devices). Okay, if you can get a Nexus device (which is made by google, just like iphone by apple) and then compare the experiences, I will be very glad to accept the results. The software only drives what she sees. If the hardware is configured wrong or poorly, then u develop issues. Get facts then u can post. Learn to do ur homework first b4 spewing sh*t.
