OrlandoOwoh: There you go again? Is the stadium his personal property? Does it not belong to the rivers State people? If the APC could make use of if and then Rivers state people of PDP extract apply to use it to host the President and his campaign, why on earth can't they? The Rivers state governor could only be justified to do as he desires if the facility was built and financed strictly from his personal funds. Unfortunately for him, it's public money and therefore the Rivers people whatever the political affiliation have equal right to use the facility and much more so the C-in-C. 2 Likes |

Ayatullah:jonathan did not take the stadium by force. Besides, it is not the responsibility of the governor to be determining what venue should be used for what. There should be those saddled with the responsibility of managing the facility and those are the people that should state if the stadium is available for use or not. Amaechi was just being a busybody and deliberately disrespectful to the President. Shikena 1 Like |

joeboy03:Rubbish! Are you trying to infer that any person that desires to make use of the stadium doesn't have to go through the state's Ministry of Sports? Should the PDP have gone to Radio Rivers or other radio stations to carry out a referendum to seek the people's (the owners according to you) approval? |

DaBullIT: If you ever take a course in conflict resolution, you will be amazed that you can't ever solve this simple problem fairly, as long as you are looking at it as a fight between Jona and Amaechi. Whereas it may appear as a fight between the governor and the president on the surface, the truth is that it is a fight between PDP and APC members in Rivers. Amaechi and Jonathan represent the highest authorities in this fight. So if we can drop our biases and think of the people of rivers state as the key actors in this fight, there will be no iota of doubt in anybody's mind that Amaechi isn't being fair to PDP members in Rivers. He is the State governor and not APC governor. He has an obligation to the people of Rivers state and not APC members only. Goodluck is only being reactionary. That doesn't mean that he's right in his approach but then again, you live in Africa where anything and everything goes. I don't like any of the parties nor their candidates. When I say that Jonathan deserves another chance, it is based on history and also performances of the leaders before him. I don't mean that he's the best thing that can happen to us. Buhari for me is a big fat NO. He truncated our democracy and jailed people indiscriminately. He ruled by decrees and had no love for humanity. He's too old and not well educated. He's not innocent altogether. I respect him but it is time to retire. When will my time come, at this rate? Buhari ruled me 29 yrs ago by force. Now you want me to vote in Buhari with my two eyes open? I can't fold my hands and watch someone that I am better than in every single way, take advantage of me because he's a Hausa-Fulani man. It is an insult to people above 40. I need somebody between 40-60. Anything above 60 ain't good for us. We need to take our country back from the likes of Buhari, ObJ, Anineh, IBB, Clark, Tinubu and Tukur. They have done enough and we say thank you. I am sorry if I digressed a bit. Thanks for your patience and understanding. God bless Nigeria. 3 Likes 1 Share |

killuminati: Of course Only a retard would think that of me. Speaking of retards, Have you ever wondered Why, 1- the walls of your room are padded? 2- why your hands are permanently Bound behind your bacK? 3- why people come to stuff drugs down your throat at regular intervals? 4- why your room has no windows and you're never allowed to leave it unattended? 5- why whenever you leave your room, apart from those beefy guys who escort you, and that man in a labcoat who inspects you, every other person you see has this of focus look on their faces and are acting weird? Not that i'm expecting you to understand any of these soon, but perharps one day your meds will finally come good for you and you'll realise someone (me) was looking out for you.
