When I bought my infinix zero,my sim1 port stopped to detect sim and I took it to calcare and they fixed it for me free of charge,but my screen has broken now,will they fix it for me free? any other contributor can also come in Pls.I need answer asap.

My infinix zero screen got cracked and now the screen is not responding. I got the phone last year Novemberz which means the warranty is still intact but the problem is that i have misplaced my receipt and i don't have a warranty card but i still have my Phone Pack, Will they be able to replace my screen at carlcare if i go with my pack alone? if notz how much will it cost me... guys, is it advisable to repair to find independent technicians to help repair the infinix phone since i will be paying and according to numerous posters above, the carlcare people can take like forever, no time to waste.
