Why bring apc into the matter? We are speaking performance and not apc here. Rochas has been churning out too little projects and too much noise and fanfare. Dude's been leaving so much low quality projects that they may all collapse before he leaves office. That's deliberate contract inflation and subcontracting to roadside companies. Using ordinary blocks to build a flyover is just attempted murder of hundreds of Imo people. Now, how does that concern apc for crying out loud!

Oh.. Yes, he makes plenty of noise.
But having lived in the East for the better part of 8 years, I think I have an idea how much the people of Imo love him. By people, I don't just mean the educated few like you and me, who seem to find faults at every twist and turn. I mean the less-privileged majority in the rural areas whom have been smiling due to the provision of infrastructures like the roads here and there in Imo State or the various organizations mapped into the State's plan to ease unemployment issues, to something little like free uniforms, school shoes, stockings and an occasional #500 distributed to the students at intervals.

The money he is using is the State's money. During the tenures of other governors, except Sam Mbakwe (according to records), Imo never had it this good. Never.
