I thought God himself performed the wedding between Adam and Eve immediately after Adam recognized Eve as the bone of his bones and flesh of his flesh? So what were they supposed to be doing as husband and wife? How were they supposed to multiply? Is sex a sin in marriage as well?

Brother i agree to disagree with you on this note. After their sin the Scripture attested to God making a statement "Now they have become one like Us knowing good and evil" So I ask did God have sex? No!!!! They ate the forbidden fruit which is the fruit of knowledge good and evil. Before they don't have this knowledge.
