We set to embark on the construction process of Triplet with block of flats.
As usual we advise our clients to carried out soil test and investigation because the subject site is questionable to carry 2 slab. From the result, we decided to adopt short bore pile.

The contract agreement has been signed after various discussion with our clients..

In the process of this construction, you will see where over 16 nos of 16mm reinforcement is being used for beam as against normal 4 or 6 .
