It was this same APC that asked anybody that queried Buhari's eligibility to head to the court. They did not see this coming. They should be ready to accept the court's ruling weather it favours them or not and not incite their supporters to violence. They had all the time in the world to get things right with their candidates qualification. I think APC was just being adamant, thinking they can get away with this. APC simply doesn't mean well for this country. They just want to sit on Nigeria 's wealth.

The same court has been helping them uphold victory in Osun state and elsewhere. They shouldnt insult the judicial system if the outcome doesnt favour them this time around. Osinbajo is a worthy successor afterall he has been a good boost to Buhari's candidacy, he may have not made such inroad into SW without PYO. Maybe that rumour of Tinubu playing a fast one on the north is about to happen. APC is a party of change, they should accept whatever sudden change they may experience in the last few days to the election. Since they are progressives, anything thing from them is deemed presidential material even if it is Atiku, Amaechi or Tinubu. In all I wish them goodluck in their last minutes strategy and schemes. If the ruling doesnt suit them, the first thing GMB must do is to calm his supporters from slaying innocent civillians, they should direct their anger at the judge. We cannot cry foul about the carnage perpetrated by BH and follow the same route. If Buhari is guilty of the charges, he cannot expect the judiciary bend the law for him. He will be unfit to fight corruption

But you know the accusation seems baseless. This man contested 3times. Are they saying our judicial system failed those 3times to stop him? These failed corrupt politicians are just looking for ways to stop him before the poll but i can bet you, if he wins...Nigeria of tomorrow would be far sweeter than Nigeria of today and yesterday. He is also surrounded by corrupt friends too, one thing is sure dem go all hear if GMB wins. Dont you see the strend of campaign against him? Using religion/ethnicity to campaign against someone is an empty thing. He ruled us once, but no kobo was stolen while he was there. A disciplinarian is all we ask for, and GEJ isnt it. These people r too corrupt for this country to move forward. The likes of Agbakoba saw this coming, no wonder they did everything within their power to stop Jonathan from becoming the president...Anyways we will get whatever we deserve.

I honestly wonder why APC is trying to whip up sentiments. Initially they had advised that whoever feels Buhari was ineligible should head to court.Now they are in court and because they feel the judgement will not go in their favor they are saying they went to buy judgement. Personally I feel Buhari should be left to contest the election buy hey! if the court thinks otherwise, then they just have to bear their loss instead of trying to heat up the polity and cause chaos. My worry is when problem starts in the North the Ibos would lose more lives and property than any tribe up North. We need to set legal precedent for the sanctity of our rule of laws. The man is simply not qualify to contest this election . He failed basic requirements.

Before now the electoral acts say you should state your qualifications but it has now been changed to provide evidence of your qualifications. It might be that the three times he contested before, he only stated that he had this and that and INEC did not bother to check. Now that they required evidence and he was unable to provide it, even when INEC decided to look the other way people are saying No that is not right....and that is why we have this bouhaha.

In all honesty buhari is not bigger than the law. We told him to present his certificate they kept mute. They said we can go to court. Now we have gone to court why his APC playing the chaos card. Really don't know what to think but two things here on both sides. One. Why anyone will want to destroy the elections at this hour thus creating chaos is just unthinkable. How can a President at this stage of our democracy be sworn in without a credible contest.

However it is not the place of the party at odds to insinuate that the government is behind this. They should be wise and learn to seperate government from politics as it will bite them back if or when they get into power. The opposition party and its supporters are always quick to complain about smear and threatning but they are masters of that dark art. Lai Mohammed should not threaten the country with mayhem in.account if Buhari's or his party's candidacy because Nigeria is far bigger than both. And there are a good number of us who don't believe in these people, their politics or their principles be it PDP or APC or whatever. We rather believe is Nigeria. Are we going to rob the rule of law because of a particular set of people's barbarism?
This is a place where they will experience something else because once beaten, shy, twice... The rule of law has been standing since the time of yaradua till now, will it end because of them. Haven't they, the APC been winning cases in court at lagos and others.
Please, they should face the court's verdict they asked Nigerians who are not satisfied with GMB qualification to head to and stop crying.
