After he is thrashed at the polls, then he will be buried with the judgement.

PDP played a very smart game here. Its a win win for GEJ.

If by the slimmest margin GEJ does not emerge victorious. .. the high court will disqualify him. If the high court plays stupid. .. the supreme court will finish it off through an appeal.

exactly, no use overheating the polity with less than 96hrs to election. And secondly ,why disqualify a candidate who is already bound to lose ,it will only create tension and unnecessary distraction. He will first lose at the polls before losing in court.

I Said It On A Particular Thread (Politics), That The Law Is An Ass. This Was To Challenge Buhari's Elegibility For The Coming Elections But It's Been Adjourned Till After The Same Election. Even Without A Certificate In Law, That Adjournment Is As Good As Strucking The Case Out.
