with the provisions highlighted by wisonme clearly Buhari overqualifies to be president (though I believe the standards need to go up a notch!)

He has already served in government is a retired general and there is evidence he is educated to secondary school level as he has famous schoolmates. Certificate or no certificate the case is a waste of time and resources!

Are you not lying in public? Which Army found Buhari's certificate? Enough of this fooling the public over Buhar's ambition. For now, the Army needs to display the certificate before the public, if truly the Army found it, so that the public can scrutinize it. Buhari wanted it this way.

If he had a WASC, Buhari would have since gone to the awarding body to request for a document to stand for his certificate to avoid all public scrutiny.

I would have ignored you but since you quoted Law,i think i need to correct you,the 2015 electoral Act as amended stipulates that a candidate SHALL attach copy(s) of his qualification(s) to INEC FORM 001 before it can be deemed dully completed which Buhari didn't do rather he went to court and swore to affidavit that the Original copy of his qualification (which is SSCE)is with the millitary.Millitary denied having his certificate which prompted these individuals to approach the court praying it among other things to determine whether he lied on Oath (pejury).
