With the political and business revolutions going on in the 3 states mentioned, they are creating a name and influence for the IGBO community in general. I guess you may have forgotten that there are states called Gombe, Jigawa etc, Kano and Kaduna quickly come to mind when you think about states to visit in the north, if you're from the south east
