Is true that I have not travelled and I lack experience in travelling to usa for child birth but that doesn't mean that I should create a twist or are u going to pay me if I do so? Nobody knows me here and am the person that asked my question by myself so why should I twist my words to pls u or what? Thanks phema and co for ur ans am humbly grateful.
I think you shouldn't mention that you're a student cos that would raise unnecessary suspicion.Just apply as a business woman and have proof of all your business dealing with your business details.I guess that might help.

thanks very much for your answers. But is true that I don't have an official job yet but I own a boutique which I combine with my schooling and I also hav upto 2.3m in my acct. I don't want use my acct bcs I feel that the money there might not be enough for VO interview and also bcs I don't want to appear as a fraud since am just a student and a part time businesswoman. On the part of my UK bf, I don't want to use him as my sponsor since his a U K citizen bcs of the obvious questions like y don't I want to give birth in UK. We decided that USA is better bcs I have some family there. My male friend who I want to use as my sponsor, I want to use him bcs of his statement of acct not bcs his going to sponsor me financially. My Bf and I are going to take care of all our expenses.

Is your business registered? How long have you had it running?

thanks so much @Girlmummy, but I have a friend who applied for visa late last year and she said she was disqualified bcs she had only 3m her acct, she's not schooling anymore, she's a working class. Am really scared that was why I was thinking that using another person's own will be better. But I believe in God and I will do like you said. I will apply for interview tomorow. And let the house know how it went.

Well, I don't think people "ever really know" why they are disqualified. Because you hear so many stories before its your turn to be interviewed and they sound fool-proof and honest but some of them still get turned back. Just pray and seek the face of God. If its the will of God (most importantly), it'll be seamless.

Don't mind me, I'm still getting a grasp on this English language thingy. A few more GST course and I ll be better groomed to #understand the bits of info u make available to us. Perhaps it's not the case that we are making comments on the premises of info as and when you input them as variables in this discussion.
However, here's wishing you good luck and expecting positive testimony on the outcome of ur interview in good faith. This will be a first n trust u ll have won bragging rights that you beat the system against all odds .....#fingerscrossed.

Lol. Phema biko kwa. Yaff come again
Phema:

1. You are not working (Not financially stable)
2. You are not married (No ties)
3. You do not have any kids (No ties)
4. Your boyfriend is not sponsoring you. A married male friend is. What does this friend intend to gain by sponsoring you to go have another man's child in the US?
5. Your boyfriend is British, yet you two are not considering having your baby in the UK. What reason will you give for choosing the US?

You are in your early 20s. Young, no ties to home country, pregnant and being sponsored by a male friend (who is not the father of the unborn child ooo). . .

Be honest, if you are a VO, will you give you a visa?

No pun intended.

Hello House,

Pls for those that have used Oakbend Medical Centre, which accommodation is closest to the hospital?

All the ones i have googled are like 35km or so from the Jackson street campus.

I searched intown suite, extended stay etc and they seem far.

Also i dont want to consider Soul Care, Pampered Stay etc yet because they are a bit pricey.

Pls help!

You are just a few weeks gone right? Is there anyway you can register your business sharperly?

You two should apply so you can attend the interview together. If he's asked why he doesn't want to go through the 'visa on arrival' route, he should say he wants a visa that can allow him stay more than 90days, just incase there is a need for that. You two should co - sponsor. Go with both account statements. If your business issue comes up, say you have been doing the business for some time now, but just got it registered.

I know marriage is not in the plan, but you might just have to put it in the plan, atleast for the interview. Go as 'would be couple' getting married towards the end of the year. Go with pictures you two took together. Anything that shows a real relationship.

Make appropriate arrangement for hospital, Dr, accommodation etc. Draft a budget plan. If the issue of why u chose US over UK comes up, go with the popular 'cos US has the best healthcare in the world' grin

I won't say your chances are great, but with good packaging and God on your side, you might just be pleasantly surprised. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Go for it. Good luck.

If you have forgotten her app number, maybe you should fill another ds 160 for her, book another appointment, but let her go with the others on the day of their interview.

Hello, if you don't mind opening. An account, my mum opened a savings account in Diamond yesterday and did PTA of 4000$ today at 200/$

She said they were courteous, delighted to do it and not as if they were doing her favour.

Everyone should be careful with the type of comments we write here, I was in Houston for Christmas with my family and the immigration officers at IAH airport read comments on this thread. Be truthful in whatever you do both at interview and at POE. Goodluck to all of us.
