There is a way they do it. They normally test the working phone for you, in fact , you all be given the phone to test run it.

Now, this is where the trick happens: "Sir, can I have the phone so that I can remove my sim" . Immediately, you returned the phone alongside amount agreed, what you get in return is fufu phone. You can't even chase him cos most of them are Ben johnson

i have a similar experience in 2001 in balogun market i saw a watch after pricing we agreed on N4,000 naira, he put the watch inside the case but unfortunately for me as i went home and open the case i just saw a stone, the bad guy put stone instead of the watch.
