I have 6.0 in my overall IELTS but 5.5,5.5,6.0,6.5...Am I still eligible to apply?

JesusDWay:

Your qualifications are just one of the eligibility criteria. Having qualifications isn't sufficient, you must have work experience which has to correlate with one of the occupations under NOC skill level 0(managerial level) and skill type A and B. You can check Google the occupations listed under those classifications to see which of them best describes your work experience. When you have found it, the next thing to do is to register for the IELTS General Training Exam, where you must score at least 6 in all the segment of the exam. I will advice you look for the nearest date and prepare sufficiently cuz, I met people who had to re-write the exam when I went to do mine cuz they didn't have the required score. It's not hard actually, just study sample answers to sample questions sufficiently, it gives you an idea of what your answers to questions should be. You will need a valid international passport to be able to register for the exam and it's 35k if you register online via British council website( you will have to choose Nigeria as your country and also choose the city where you wanna sit the exam). The immediate thing to also do is arrange for your transcript to be sent to WES by your school. You have to first open an account on WES website (theres a dedicated page for canadian immigration purpose, thats the one you will use) and you will pay their fee of like CDN 233 or thereabout, then you download a form from their website that your school will include with the transcript when sending it, also with a copy of your certificate. Please note that WES will send back to your school to confirm the transcript came from them while your school will now send back the confirmation. It's after they see the confirmation that they will do the evaluation which seems to take just only 8days. For the purpose of speed, I suggest you look for someone in your school who can help facilitate getting the transcript on time and also monitor when WES will request for confirmation and help facilitate a quick response as well. You may collect it by hand and send by yourself cuz, waiting for school to send it might delay you.

When you have done all of these, then you are fully ready. You may however check - come to Canada link on cic website and answer some questionnaire that will let you know you are eligible.

No you are not. It must be at least 6 in each segment. Meanwhile, you should consider scoring higher as it determines to a large extent what your eventual overall score will be

Hello Skidmarkz.
Whats your Visa processing office?
I got the PER in January 2015, after submiting in October 2014 but haven't received an AOR from Accra - my Visa processing office; although I'm not sure Accra sends an AOR.
Anyway, I'm realistically looking at July or August for the Medicals

If you have a case of new birth in your family and the initial POF is no more enough for your family size OR they are suspicious of the first one.

Many of those terms are associated with the old system. Some of them will likely still be in use under the new system but that will be after you have gotten ITA under Express Entry or the province you applied to asks you to apply to Federal.

Meanwhile you can attend to the mail i sent in reply to your mail, my phone is kinda down now

What i can advice is that you pause a bit till like mpnp does the first draw, that will give you a picture of what you can expect under their own system. This may be strategic as having an EE profile may make mpnp expect that you should have updated your situation with them and you know what indicating that you have EE profile will be for you on MPNP. What you can however do in the meantime is to use CIC's CRS Calculator to see what your EE points will come to and then see if your score is likely to be taken in upcoming draws. That may then make you go ahead if you see that you may soon be taken under EE

Hello everyone.
Can someone already in the express entry pool still apply for this newly launched Manitoba nominee pool. Even when Manitoba wasn't chosen during express entry registration?.
..
JesusDway kindly attend to this.

You don't need the ref no to send your credentials. Just print out the forms submit it to your school. Your sch will send your transcript while you send your certificate. They will then send you a mail with your ref no when they receive the credentials. Another ref no will be sent to your sch when the credentials are sent to your sch for verification. After verification they will send you their evaluation result with the ref no you will use for your profile on the EE pool.

Provided you have a connection to Manitoba in the form of a close relative(sibling, cousin, etc) or a friend, yes you can. However, since you are already in the EE pool, your score for MPNP will drop and you will likely be considered under their EE PNP stream.
