I believe He is
He can heal cancers, hemorrhoids, barreness.

He also can heal HIV.

Let these testimonies build up someone's faith for themselves or a loved one.
Don't let the naysayers discourage you.

Daily we got into serious praise, worship and prayers in our bedroom for at least one hour. In the morning, our alarm clock is set to 5am, giving as a minimum of another one hour of prayer, praise and worship before I would start to prepare to go to work. We worked this system both weekdays and weekends. We now knew and believed what the Bible said about our healing, the importance of what we say and how to act on our faith.

In the next visit to the doctor, the doctor was quite adamant - my wife would have to start on the drugs. My wife was just as adamant. She told the doctor about my results, and that she was no longer infected with AIDS. He was quite candid - patients once they tested positive on this test - remained positive. But we knew that we are not ordinary; we are children of GOD, healed by the stripes of Jesus, praise and glory to His mighty Name! And, rather than argue, the doctor agreed to do fresh HIV tests on my wife.

All the tests came back negative! My wife was healed!
Needless to say the doctor had a hard time explaining this. But we know our God is our healer: He healed our son, my wife and myself—also our baby (who we named after Tim’s wife) was born completely healthy.

I am completely healed and I go back often (for a check up) and it's not a lack of faith it's just that you want to make sure that while you are giving out this type of testimony that things continue to stay documented. John, who said he had been sick for sometime testified that evangelists from United States of America visited his home and prayed for him.
He could, however not remember the names of those who prayed for him.
He said he felt a numbness in his whole body  .A day later he saw that he started doing work he previously could not do.
He then went again for laboratory tests at Queens Elizabeth Central Hospital  in Blantyre to verify if he has really been healed.

TO his surprise ,he was found HIV negative after they had found him HIV positive two months earlier.

A severe stroke in September 1990 left Wall unable to move, with a feeding tube surgically implanted in his stomach. He was told that he would probably never preach, eat or function normally again. Then, Wall got the worst news he was HIV-positive.

I wonder why almost all the Christians around still go to hospitals when they are sick take man made drugs and abide by man made instructions when taking their medication instead of prayer houses, even when the bible says that prayers alone are enough to heal them. Hypocrites and liars.

I am still waiting for any God to heal an amputee, a person whose eye balls have been taken out or the innocent children that are dying daily of AIDS, Cholera and Malaria in Nigeria, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

It only takes a mind as gullible as that of a child to understand all the nonsense and lies in the bible and the koran. I am yet to see any God heal an amputee. Why do Christains still go to hospital and take man made drugs when the bible says prayers alone will heal them(remember even if you take poision nothing shall harm you). Remember pastor pat robertson of the 700 club? despite all his claims of "miracle" he still went to the hospital and was operated upon when he was infected with postrate cancer, stupid liars and hypocrites.

There are many testimonies of cure of HIV and AIDS but there is not even one case of a cure that is independently and scientifically validated. It is possible that healing miracles can happen but when they do occur, they leave behind them trails of physical evidence that can be independently and scientifically validated. However, where no evidence is found, then the purported claim did not happen. Presently, there is no reported case of cure of HIV/AIDS by drug, vaccine, prayer or a combination of the three. All  the claims of cure of HIV/AIDS till date stem from misdiagnosis, nature of the assay method (immuno based or gene based) used, suggestion/hypnotism on the part of faith healers, autosuggestion/self hypnotism on the part of the infected, denial on the part of the infected, outright fabrication by the faith healer or his ministry etc. I believe that God can heal a person with HIV or AIDS but when such happen, then scientifically verifiable evidence will be found in the cured person that authenticates the miracle. So far, no such genuine healing has been reported. Besides if one is actully gifted with healing ability, such a person will naturally work with medical sicence instead of being suspicious or in some cases even hostile to medical science. Hostility to scientific investigation is a clear sign that the faith healer is not called by God to heal but believes in imagined abilities or in some cases knows that he has no ability but lacks the humility to acknowlegge that for fear of loosing members who hold him in such a high esteem.

Allah through an Imam cured your headache, when you were 14 years old. Yet in your earlier posts, you had indicated that you came out of Islam at 11. Then became Atheist few years sooner until Europe made you a full-blown. You see how Merciful Allah is to you? And see what you give for this Mercy; your denial of Him?

Now about your amputee comment. Let me use Isa bin Mariam as a clear example here and then I will go to Muhammad (AS) to teach you to go back to study the Tafsir and then do some reading of Hadith. Isa bin Mariam (AS) raised a dead person. I am sure the dead person if at the time of dying was given the choice of death or being maimed, he would have chosen being maimed, becoming an amputee. Proof; we see in many wars where the amputee is happy and shows gratitude to God for being alive when he sees corpses of the deads. But thats kind of understanding is beyond your Atheist mind.

Let me make it easier for you. Still using Isa bin Mariam (AS); he cured a man of blindness. This is a man who God had design to be infirmed with not seeing, even though he had a space for eye. Then Isa bin Mariam (AS) cured him of his blindness. That at least settled your problem.

Now let talk about Muhammad (AS). Ali bin AbiTalib was supposed to receive a sword of Islam from the Messenger (AS). But Ali (RA) was aflicted with eye problem that he was blind. When Muhammad (AS) learnt about this, Ali was brought to him, whereby Ali was cured with a very simple Rukya from the lips of the Prophet. The prophet said Bismillahi rRhamanir rRahiim, and he touched his tongue with his finger and use the same finger to put in place the eye of Ali, who instantly was cured. Now about the amputee; these is one of the signs of Allah amongst humans. The one who lost one hand or arm is grateful because he has one, and better than the one who lost both. Yet the fully and normal limbed person is grateful for being normal. But let just assume that God cures all amputees of their deficiencies. What then? What will satisfy humans? Maybe no death? How then is the day of judgement going to come? How then does a person knows that this world is just a temporary abode? How then a person going to appreciate the favor of God on him? How then will a person like you know that someday you will have to be called to account? You see yourself being considered normal, without a lost of limb, you have not appreciated the God that secured you this normal. You see that you are growing older, yet you have not reflected. How then do you hope to escape punishment when it is time to be punished for evil deeds.

I tap into this healing miracle for my wife who tested +ve 2 yrs ago, although she is on drug now but she is doing exellently well, u can never know she is +ve, but I pray that God who made me to be -ve inspite of having unprotected sex with her since our marriage in 2002 wld make her -ve too, He can do it I know

I'm in the health profession but I also believe in place of miracles in the cure of diseases. the emboldened portin of the piece seems like a contradiction to me, though. What are you 'authenticating' in a miracle?

Let's examine these claims with some figures;

HIV/AIDS in Nigeria

135,031,164: population of Nigeria (2007 est.)

2,400,000: Estimated number of people living with HIV/AIDS by the end of 2007

3.1%: Estimated percentage of adults (ages 15-49) living with HIV/AIDS by the end of 2007

58%: Estimated percentage of HIV cases that occured among women (ages 15-49) by the end of 2007

220,000: Estimated number of children (ages 0-15) living with HIV/AIDS by the end of 2007

170,000: Estimated number of deaths due to AIDS during 2007

Basically, nearly two and a half million Nigerian living with HIV/AIDS in 2007.  If we assume conservatively that 50% of these sufferers of HIV/AIDS are Christian, we have about 1,200,000 million people with the disease.

It is natural to expect that these suffferers of HIV/AIDS would turn to their faith/God/ and Jesus for help and relieve from the disease. If their God did indeed answer the prayers of these sufferers, you would expect a massive surge of reports of people being "cured" from HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.  But is that what we hear? (Admittedly, these calculations are rough-and-ready)
