fako1: Yaradua official/secret declaration was not made public before his public declaration. There's no law that says he can't make it public immediately. Yaradua's media aid did not ask anyone to access the information, he simply ordered it published. Yaradua started making his assets public when he was governor of Katsina State. Shame! |

porka: Shame on yourself for vomiting wrong information. Yar'dua's public declaration came 30 days later after the constitutional declaration. The constitution is very clear: 140. (1) A person elected to the office of President shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed in this Constitution and he has taken and subscribed the Oath of Allegiance and the oath of office prescribed in the Seventh Schedule to this Constitution. My conclusion is that those expecting public declaration before constitutional declaration(or earlier than the verification period of 30days) should have their brain examined. Buhari did not promise to publicly declare his assets before 30 days. |

GoodGovernance:can you stop this ignorant claims of 30 days verification process, which part of the Constitution talks about a 30 days verification process...... The law States that the asset declaration form must be submitted 30 days upon receipt. There is no defined time line for verification neither is it the job of the CCB to declare it public. Buhari will be the one to do so if he wants. Anyone that wishes to access the said document will have to wait until when the NA makes it accessible to the public. Don't twist and misrepresent the Constitution. There is no law that says he can't make his assets public after submitting the form to CCB..... Don't argue like a fool. |

GoodGovernance: The joke is on you, fraudster, for editing my post and standing logic on its head. Where did Imam Buhari say he won't make his assets declaration public before 30 days? Garba Shehu who speaks for Imam Buhari did not mention public declaration after 30 days, he said the Imam has done what he is required to do and directed anyone interested to invoke the FOI Act. This is contrary to what the Imam himself said as a candidate. Where did you get your 30 day verification period? Can you post the link here for everyone to see? Your reputation is at stake, if you continue to distort my post it will confirm your dishonesty and chicanery. Duplicitous people like you don't have any scruples about forgery. |

Rawani: He has every right to be angry, for Nigeria will prosper. As you can see, he is not a Nigerian, he is a Biafran captain. |

Amaaf: Then you all must be confused. What's a Biafrans business with Nigeria's problems? |
