By the way I am not suprised a bit. As a former Christian (Jehovas Witness) exactly this same scenario has been played in history during the world war periods.

The war was in full throttle and Jehovas Witnesses back then were brainwashed into believing that Jesus Christ was enthroned in 1914 and that the "End of the System of Things" would happen before the century ended.

Many Jehovas Witnesses perished, sacrificing their lives into slave labor camps, with the fake (religious) hope of resurrection.

This is 2015 and the world is still here. You Christians are in for a long persecuteous ride.
