This same Woodward people insulted here as a clueless man when he signed only Fellaini two years ago.

His explanation was satisfactory and many still doubted. Later he boasted that "we are able to do business in transfer market in the manner others cannot". It sounded like a joke. After Gaal had tested the players he inherited, he gave Woodward a go ahead to fill some position. Within a short time, he delivered Rojo, Di Maria, Blind and Falcao.
