A response to Biafrans
The major problem with our people is ignorance.... People would rather watch 5 seasons of prison break than take a book and read...afterwards they come online and post all sorts of crap...yes the civil war was brutal, yes civilians died of hunger and starvation, yes innocent people were slaughtered.... But what did you expect?.... It was a war!!!
I find it totally absurd that igbo's would rather demonize the federal Govt instead of admitting that their leaders were also to blame for thier suffering during the civil war.... If ojukwu had surrendered after the first 1 year of d war, most of d suffering would have been averted. But no... He chose to let his people starve than to surrender..... While Biafrans were starving, ojukwu refused to allow aide agencies deliver aid unless they paid him cash in addition to the aid.... Can u imagine?
The truth is Nigeria isn't perfect... We are facing a lot of challenges as a Nation... But all countries faced these challenges at one point or the other... And these challenges are better faced united than devided... Our biggest problem is not that we are multi ethnic or a multi religious nation, no!.... But our problem remains that our leaders lack the moral and political will to bring about meaningful development.
Before you start asking for republic of Biafra, arewa republic, oduduwa republic or what ever the hell u'd like to call ur ethnic states; please first of all ask ur governors what they've done with what they've been receiving from the fed govt.... Ask yourself this qstn... Can I really trust this people with more money?
Ask urself what is really the problem? What or who is responsible for my present condition?... Is it because a Hausa man is the president? Or is it because my Governor has taken the money allocated to build class rooms for my children and instead used it to buy houses abroad?
Demand accountability from ur leaders at all levels....
In conclusion the average Hausa man on the street in Kano is not the enemy of the Igbo trader in Enugu, but instead they are both victims of the Same oppressor.... The oppressor that has denied ur children access to education, ur wives access to health care, ur graduates access to employment.....
That oppressor is Corruption... Even if Nigeria is devided into a million pieces; if we don't stamp out corruption we will still leave in abject poverty....
Regardless of our tribes or ethnicities, our needs are the same; food on the table, education for our kids, employment for our youths, dignity for one another....
Fellow Nigerians.... What binds us is Much stronger than what separates us.... Do not succumb to hate and tribalism...
What is that, that binds us together? And, What is so special in this contraption?

you are offering yourself as a shooting practise target for these biafran animals. The best thing that can happen to Nigeria in this age is to let the Heeebos have their Biafra. They'v promised to make their country an Eldorado and a paradise on us. You should have no qualms with that.
which land/state are u going to use for biafran republic?

I get pissed when I read all these advise on one Nigeria
How many times have Hausas compensated Igbos for destroying our properties in the north. Igbos are naturally very hardworking but what's the use if after toiling to build houses in Hausa land for instance, they wake up one morning and knock it down. Now Yorubas call us immigrants and are always looking for an opportunity to show their hate for Igbos

Is it by force to be a Nigerian?
'I no marry again' na crime?
Biko help me ask am. Yoruba won't let us rest with their "advice". Abeg, they said Igbo needs Nigeria, we boldly telling them we don't and can do better without them after all the last Biafra made weapons from scratch while at war in 3 years while Nigeria that's 100 years old haven't made anything, not even one scrap, not one. Why is our agitation of division bothering them? They said we are cocky, bad, etc, yet won't leave us be cause we don't want to be in their "one Nigeria". Can you imagine their rubbish?

Abeg, we no want share country with am anymore, na by force?

They can enjoy their one Nigeria together, we don't care. If they want to take all Igbo property in their lagos, they can. Infact its a good lesson to Igbo illiterates that stupidly went and built things their again. Infact i urge them to do it.. Those efulefus need to learn a lesson. Let them take it, we don't care. All we care about is finishing what our fathers and grandfathers started and what our ancestors were doing aka being far away from am. Simple.

I opened your post thinking you have opinion not knowing you lack wisdom.

1. Rebuild LOWER NIGER as compensation for the war
2. Show them sign of unity, freedom as enshrined in the constitution
3. 2019 Presidency should be zoned to the region
4. Federalism should be in practices
5. Equality in everything as long as the 36 states of the federation is concern

From the first paragraph of the above junk, I almost fell for this goon’s shenanigans. I thought this joker read some books as he\she made us to believe. It is only in the world of gulls and outlaws that precipitation of war on individuals seeking for independent homeland is admirable. Why should Ojukwu surrender when both besides thought the war was winnable? Besides the help from British, USSR, Egypt, Cameroon, Niger, Australia, Canada and Chad, Nigeria would not have defeated Biafra regardless of numerical advantage the former had over the latter. Who gives a tosh about the perfection of Nigeria or lack thereof? A group of people has deduced that Nigeria is very unprogressive as configured and decided to unhinge from the bloody union of inept characters. Is it too much to say “I do not want to continue the journey of dead-end called Nigeria”?

It is absolutely incorrect to infer that oppressor is corruption rather oppressor has been found to be a product of corruptible endeavor. I can safely say that Muhammadu Buhari is a product of corruption.

I literally laughed when I read your comment about the yorubas......when you push someone and they hit a wall, expect them to push back! If you think they consider you 'immigrants' as you said and you you feel uncomfortable about that why don't you 'migrate' to your region?? I'm pretty sure someone like you lives in Lagos....isn't that hypocritical?? BTW I always see your comment concerning the yorubas and I find it funny to see you accuse them of 'hate'

lmao you're one funny chick I tell ya wink
One of the major problems among certain Nigerians is the claim –to-know when actually they know nothing. The bolded was the real case in 1966 when Nigerians were informed to go back to their respective regions and when some of them accepted the policy and decided to form a country of their own, the dunces from the others regions decided to precipitate a war on them. It is funny Nigerians are very short on memory and remain intellectual midgets.

Maybe if we can decide on a day for a round of hugs and kisses assuming no zealous 10 year old is strapped.

We have tried Nigeria and its having some serious problems, let's consider something different for our future. I choose breaking up the union. If you want union, tell us why.

Nigeria cannot work because the least educated parts of the country insists on ruling the most educated parts.
It is like a blind person insisting on leading those with functioning eyes.
In Nigeria everything works upside down - a law professor is VP to a semi-literate cattle rearer.
The result has been war, death, disease, backwardness, stagnation, injustice, bad blood, fraud, deceit, and everything else evil under the sun.
No God-fearing right thinking Igbo can burden his children with a country like Nigeria.
