We are living in a democracy which is improving by the minute and definitely igbos can have the presidency through the ballot box. Good Luck Jonathan is from a smaller minority. For you to expect a just a "hand over" doesn't sound democratic. Igbos had the choice and the right to be fully involved in the APC government but they preferred PDP.
