There should be a policy stipulating compulsory and comprehensive psychiatric test for prospective employees/personnel in public service, political position,military, paramilitary, academic positions, medical personnel and oda vital/sensitive roles in d nigerian society. This is a very big joke for a great country like Nigeria.
Now it just done on me why we couldn't fight Cameroon over Bakassi Peninsula.
