nah, it's all in the angles. They're simply respectable. I used to work out daily, but these days I'm lucky if I can squeeze out a sunday.

Interesting. Do you have to keep working out to keep them defined? I often wonder what happens when someone that works out, quits working out? Do the muscles just soften & turn to fat or what. And how many years did it take you to get the buff look?

They do, unfortunately. Use em, or lose em.
I've never really been a gym rat like that. But i've lifted on/off since my late teens/early 20s.
