Thanks, I have replied your last mail, which means I should place all other remaining plots as reserved, (plot 10 is also reserved) this might mean we do not have any other plot for sale!

These are the numbers of plots sold, reserved and free for purchase. Some people who wants to pay were asking for the available ones.

Plots 2,3,4,5,6,11,12,13,16,17,22,23,25,24,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54 and 55 has been paid for.

Plots 1,7,8,9,10,14,15,36 are now reserved for payment.

Maybe, only about 4 completed documents will be available for distribution to the owners who has completely paid for their plots this week. Others will wait till next week. The whole registered surveyors in Nigeria are having an A.G.M. in Sokoto state, this means that they will sign all the documents after they return. I heard the A.G.M. ends on Saturday this week.

My lawyer is working on the deeds of sub lease. Thanks all.

I am back in Enugu, and I will be with the lawyer for some hours tomorrow. But the documents (except 1 plot) might not be fully ready tomorrow. I am waiting for the return of the surveyors from Sokoto to sign off the survey plans, before we use it on the lawyers documents.

Just be patient with me.

I have spent 5 fruitful hours at this land today, more stories and pictures later........

I employed some boys to harvest some gravel from the small stream beside this land, they were only able to bring up one trip. I will use the gravel when construction starts.

We have been working on the beacons in this land. Almost all the beacons are in position. Note that there were trees planted many years back with which these families demarcated their lands from others. I am tracing the perimeter beacons now. This is where the external fence will be.

We can now identify where the roads should be, where each road junction is, where each plot is.........

We met some people inside the land, harvesting their cassava crops, they seem to be aware that we will start work soon. We have been working here for many weeks now so it must be obvious to them that we intend to take possession of the land. They greeted us and went about their work.

More perimeter beacons, around the back of plot numbers 10, 1 and 3.

At the access road, we still have some spare beacons, some villagers coming back from their farms. I also met the owner of the large commercial farm settlement, poultry and pig farms who has been doing their best to maintain this access road. We had a good time planning on the next action to take. This area is peaceful and free from troubles.

This is the model of culvert/bridge I am planning to build for us to cross the stream as soon as the rains dry up. Strong enough to bear the weight of heavy duty trucks.

Time for us to plan and carry out the fencing of this land.

The land is at Ugwuomu Nike , around Godfrey Okoye university permanent site, we have sold almost all the plots and the rest are reserved for payment later by some nairalanders. I am awaiting payment for the reserved plots. Price was N700,000 for each plot.

Some advance has been paid for plot numbers 1,7 and 8.

I am on my way to pick up about 18 survey plans from my surveyor, he just called me that they are ready. I will show the plot numbers ready later tonight. Thanks all.

Today, I collected the completed survey plans for 17 plots of land at this estate. The plots with complete survey plans are plots 6,27,29,30,31,32,33,37,38,39,46,48,49,50,51,52 and 54. This is in addition to the plot 43 which came out last week. I will submit another batch to the surveyor on Monday morning. Thanks.
