I don't really see anything so special with number 2 and 7.
If your number 2 is so relevant I guess the Chinese wouldn't have made it so big technologically.
Besides, they speak the "best English" in the world. I still cannot place my hands on it why people attach so much importance on what you can say/ speak instead of what you can do to make the society a better place.

Haven't Nigerians been deceived enough by people who speaks the best English and does nothing?

As for number 7 hmmmmm, I just have to reserve my comment.

Third mainland bridge is a sight that's mostly important to those that stay in Lagos, I can live in calabar and not know about it and you can't say that my school fees is wasted because there're also lagosians who do not know where the statue of Mary slensor is located in calabar and I can't say that of them.
