Sounds cold but just try eating one meal a day for a week. You can stop doing sit-ups, they only help you get abs not a flat tummy.

It's hard but it works.

Situps actually help burn belly fats. Although its one of the many exercises for abs, but doing it alone wont form your core abs (packs). But if you have 6packs already, doing it would help build it better.

Saying this from experience.

Not agbada per say, but occasional wears. Native wear and the rest. Whether they are infinitesimally small, atleast agree that it looks better on them while suits look better on guys with flat tummy.

I don't think anyone finds a protruding tummy even remotely attractive. It is ugly. It is ugly. It is ugly. And health wise, from what I've read here and there, the eventual consequences are perilous.

Yes some westerners crave for a healthy look, but you didn't tell us they are not the majority. Except for the obese and morbidly obese, most esp the yankees who are overweight with big tummies will not agree (out of ignorance) that they are fat. It is okay to pick on other fatter folks but themselves. lol

Over here, things are changing. Girls esp hostel girls show off their flat tummies like they are in competition! I love the fact that we are beginning to appreciate fitness but i think i do not like the flaunting part any more. Just keep fit and dress well, cute.

Me am allergic to fat.. i hate fat except they are in their right places lol. Ok...i think this is a confession, but i am sometimes so obsessed with my looks lipsrsealed

Potruding belle is basically just visceral fat...it's the worst kind of fat as it can lead to cancer, heart problems, etc etc... It's because all we eat is carbs, rice,Eba, beans, fried food.. We hardly eat vegetables or grains that contain fiber..
