Big tummy, sometimes, is a sign of laziness, conservativeness and ugliness. Though advancement in age leads to unwanted development and maturity of human body, effort should be made to put it under check. Most people are caught in the web of 'big bele' unaware. However, many desire it while many are contented with it because they see it a sign of affluence. |

Re: Nigerians Don't Care About Flat Stomachs? by dmcdad: 10:27am On Aug 14, 2015 |
Lizabeth25:I get your point, and I fully understand it. But then, it doesn't matter. Will dressing or looking good take you to heaven? (Of course dressing decently is one of many factors). But yet, that doesn't mean you shouldn't look good. Looking good doesn't guarantee/block your pathway to Heaven, but you try as much as possible to look good regardless. Why? Because aside any other factor, it makes you feel alright about yourself. So also having a flat tummy makes you feel alright about yourself, more comfy in clothes et al. Personally, I have 8packs, but then I don't flaunt it. Although friends think I should and all, but I don't feel same. But, it still makes me feel good or better about myself. Sometimes people get to know from the shape my cloth takes while on me, while others get to know when they happen to kinda hit me on my tummy. I have even gone to the beach on some occasions and didn't even flaunt it, albeit such a place would have presented the perfect opportunity to. Yet, I love it, and it makes me feel well about ME. So you see... |
