The VO knows my coy is a very big and reputable coy only a few at my age (30) could attain the position of an Executive. Mean while my HR got a call. And they know in my coy you can't leave the coy untill after 5 years of every renewed 5 yeras contract. And i am in the 3rd phase of another 5 years which after successfully working for 2 phases you can leave anytime.

I stand to be corrected. I guess the first time i was banned for 5 years. Because if the vo said in a couple of years means 2 years. That is 2013-2017.

You said Orlando Florida as a destination which has enough attractions to keep you busy for months but then state two destinations near New York
Over a thousand miles away!

All this rubbish now forms part of your record if you try again with a totally different story they may even suspect fraud.
You need to spend some time and straighten out your life and story.
Any application again now will be wasting money.

The same coy have built a good record with my coy for over a decade

For a true tourist if you decide to visit 10 different places is not a crime as far as you can afford it and your leave at work can accommodate the days to cover all the places.

Theres a deal for N13,950 on dealdey for Lakeem Suites in Ikoyi, off Awolowo road. We stayed there for a 6.30 visa appointment. It's close to the embassy and its a nice place to stay.

Note: a reputable coy filled my Ds 160 form and i was carried along all through. But i guess there was so many typographical error. And the Coy said no specific travel plan, but i responded to the vo yes i had specific travel plans.

I hope you didn't pay too much for that poorly crafted story!

I can't edit. I just called the customer service now and was told I should go to the DHL office with the letter like that and if they don't collect it from me I may have to pay another visa fee.

I hope someone with a similar situation can reply me. 31200 is not Funny.

Am the one who was denied, if you happen to be the one will you hang yourself? No you wouldn't except if your intentions differ from the visa category.


One word: no amount of words like the bolded can make me loose my calmness. I've passed that stage as far back in my university days.

I did not pay anything other than the visa fee. If my visa was granted then i would have paid agency fee (20k), pay for the tour directly in the United States.

Honestly, don't use agents. It is very easy to catch most people who use agents once and it leaves a permanent stain on your record (because we read the notes entered on your previous refusals).

Not only that, if you get a story from the agent and then show up at a different POE CBP can turn you around at the border and give you a 5-year ban. It happens.

Just be honest - if you don't qualify for the visa today then no wahala, just come back in the future when you meet the requirements under U.S. immigration law.
