Please I wanna go for a B1/B2 visa ......how difficult or easy or possible is it to change to an F-1 visa so I can go for Masters over their in the state must I come back to Nigeria? Even if my visa has not expired.

Is not really difficult to change from b1/b2 to f1 while in America, all u need to do is get a school that will give u i20 form, pay der fees and also ur SEVIS fees. the school will guide u through the process, talking from experience and it took only 3 weeks for me to get my change of status letter.

I am currently a masters student and also into clothing line.. my husband is into gold business from Qatar to Nigeria for 2 years. he comes to Nigeria every year. and also he is into airline ticketing, hotel booking and resort in Nigeria. his manager has been taking care of d business and they communicate through emails and calls. Why would the Department of Homeland Security allow you to adjust status to become a student after you were working illegally? They are far more likely to just give you a one way ticket back to Nigeria (and a ban!).

If you want to go as a student, it's best to apply as a student.

Ooo that, so u are distracted is ok, well I did not go Tru d rules make ona no vex, I just copied and past from d DS160 I'm filling directly, no time to re write dos words.
