We can supply u wit ur sharp sands sir since u r already wit dayomide70 for ur granite. We also av our outlets at ikorodu for ur sands. We r at salawu ogolonto (a Chinese dredging sand site), reliable tipper garage sharp sand at majidun, white sharp sand at owode, Chinese dredging site at ibese, and also at glosand sharp sand at ibese. All dis addresses I supplied r in ikorodu and we av our outlets at all above mentioned dredging site at ikorodu.

If u wouldn't mind sir, we can handle ur sharp sand and we also do granite but u r already wit dayomide70 on dat.

We r very familiar wit ikorodu new sites as we av over 50 sites we supply both sharp sand and granite at ikorodu.

igbogbo, grammar skool, ijede, agbowa, odon gunyan, lucky fibre, first gate, ogijo. ita owolo, ibefun. We supply d PZ along dat ogijo shagamu road both granite and sharp sand wit LPO and our materials r always scaled before approval for payments.

Block setting of the foundation currently ongoing. Because of the sloping gradient of the ground, we are going to set 5 coaches of the high side and 6 coaches on the low side to even out the level and get a flat surface on which we will cast the german floor.

Block setting for the foundation still in progress, hopefully we should be done by Tuesday and start on back-filling.

We have achieved 5nos coaches for the rear of the building and because of the sloping gradient ,we will achieve 6nos coaches for the front to have an even surface for the german floor.

Weldone oga. The site looked entirely different if not for the house beside it that made me know it's same.

The great and neat work going on has made it look different . Love the look of the setting of the first coach.

Foundation footing almost done, not more than 50 blocks needed to wrap it up. Back-filling will be starting after the holidays.

Formwork for the foundation columns were worked on yesterday and casting of the columns took place today.

Backfilling and laying of the DPM is next in line.

Backfilling currently ongoing on site. We are using laterite to backfill for this site due to lower cost and easy availability.

More backfilling pictures, we should be able to backfill all today or tomorrow and the DPM laying will start by Tuesday.

Laying the DPM for this site is just a precautionary step, we actually don't expect dampness or a rising of dampness but since DPM cost next to nothing, its highly recommended.

@BITSWORKS, nice project so far sir. Can you take an apprentice willing to learn for free? I also want to be doing this nearest in the future.

Nice work please share the plan and the cost if possible. i am very much interested in the dimensions of the terrace houses. i want to do same but want 3 bedroom so maybe i will go up another level.

Backfilling of the foundation was finally completed on Saturday, it took 12 trips of 10 tons sandfill to accomplish. I guess the height will justify the cost in the future when the road level rises.

Each sandfill trip cost N9000 in Ikorodu and we paid N1500 for packing each.

@XYD2, that should not be a problem if. You are ready to learn and ready for the rigors of construction work.

Laying of the damp proof membrane on the foundation, after this iron reinforcement of 10mm was laid on it in a net form at intervals of 10inches and returned at the edge.

Next in line is the carpentary formwork to the edge (igbati), the casting thickness is going to be 4inches and the mix ratio will be 1:2:4.

Me think its bending back excess rod.

@egunmogaji, like erico2k2 said, its the bending back of iron reinforcement (not neccessarily excess iron if its plan to be like that). A runner length of iron is used in binding all the bent iron reinforcement together for further strengthing.
